Originally from Argentina and raised in Italy, she’s paving the way as a Sr. QA Analyst at Socialpoint. 🌍🎮 As a QA expert, her mission is to ensure that every game meets top-notch quality standards before it reaches your hands. The gaming world is evolving, and it's clear: this isn’t a guys’ world anymore—it’s a space where everyone can shine! 🌟 On this International Day of the Girl, themed ‘Girls’ Vision for the Future,’ Eugenia shares her empowering vision for young girls everywhere: "Don’t listen to people who say there are things you can’t do because you’re a woman. Study, try, fail, start again. Don't be afraid to change careers. There’s no need to get anywhere before any age!" Eugenia sees the gaming industry becoming more diverse and inclusive, with more women taking on leadership roles who open the door and keep it open for other women. Há alguns meses, em Espanha, realizámos uma formação sobre neurodiversidade e autismo na Socialpoint, uma empresa de desenvolvimento de jogos e aplicações móveis. 🎮 Falámos com Mara Zelwianski, Diretora de Recursos Humanos da empresa, para nos dizer quais foram as suas impressões sobre a formação, o que aprenderam sobre o autismo e a neurodiversidade e quais as dicas práticas que consideraram mais úteis. ♾️ Neste primeiro vídeo, Mara responde à pergunta: “Como é que surgiu a necessidade de procurar uma formação sobre neurodiversidade e autismo?” A formação foi dada por alguns treinadores da Specialisterne e por pessoas autistas, que contribuíram com o seu ponto de vista profissional e explicaram a sua experiência na primeira pessoa. 🙋 #formação #autismo #neurodiversidade
