Chronic stress doesn't appear overnight. 🤚 This was one of the key takeaways from our 'Mental Wellbeing in the Workplace' workshop last week, led by Natalia Sarro and Tiago Santos. They reminded us how our bodies are constantly giving us signals about our emotional and physical states and the importance of prioritising a #WorkLifeBalance. The duo also introduced insightful new concepts, like the 'Drive, Soothing, Threat' triad – and how vital it is to learn to navigate them. Promoting a healthy workplace goes beyond self-care. Some of the valuable practical tips on how to support others were reflecting on whether we are creating a safe space for colleagues to share and observing any drastic changes in behaviour. B2B Rocks? Of course! #SaaS C-level leaders worldwide gathered in Paris last week to glean the actionable and practical insights that have become the hallmark of the B2B Rocks 🎸event. Naturally, we were right there too. We brought several key takeaways from the event. Since last May, Google has been rolling out its Search Generative Experience (SGE) in the US market. This involves integrating Gemini's AI technology into Google's search layout to deliver enhanced answers for certain queries, mirroring Bing's approach over the past year. Google now refers to this experience as AI Overviews (AIOs). Google's AI Overviews (AIOs) transform how users interact with search, especially for complex queries. Our observations show that AIO adoption stabilised at around 8% of queries, with an impact that varied across industries based on query type and AI's usefulness. Importantly, SEO remains crucial, as AIOs often link to top organic results. Additionally, in our niche, transactional keywords remain unaffected, echoing our Bing findings. Our current data suggests #Softonic is well-positioned. Traffic patterns for both transactional and non-transactional queries remain stable, and our rank tracker shows minimal AIO presence in our tracked keywords. We also await AIO deployment in other markets like Europe to fully gauge its impact. Our continued focus on #SEO and high-quality content will be key as Google further refines its AI capabilities.
