    Additive manufacturing with #pellets opens up new frontiers in the handling of complex materials. In this post, we explore three advanced #materials that have been processed and validated by Tumaker 3D printers. 1️⃣ PC-PTFE (Polycarbonate with Polytetrafluoroethylene) The combination of polycarbonate with #PTFE presents a significant challenge due to differences in their thermal behaviours. To overcome these issues, our 3D printers utilise high-precision extrusion and temperature control systems, ensuring efficient material fusion and strong layer adhesion, thereby preventing thermal degradation and producing high-quality components. 2️⃣ PA12 30% GF (Nylon Reinforced with 30% Glass Fibre) The addition of #GlassFibre to nylon enhances its mechanical and thermal capabilities, providing greater resistance to tensile and compressive forces. During the 3D printing process, controlling the alignment of the fibres is crucial to optimise the material's properties. Tumaker advanced technologies allow for a uniform distribution and perfect integration of the fibres, ensuring high stability and performance of the printed component. 3️⃣ PA12 30% CF (Nylon Reinforced with 30% Carbon Fibre) This material stands out for its high rigidity and mechanical strength, thanks to the incorporation of #CarbonFibre into its composition.     Additive manufacturing of stainless #steel from pellets | Tumaker The #3D technology represents a significant advance in the production of metal components. This approach addresses key challenges in research, development and innovation (R&D), offering cutting-edge solutions in the manufacture of stainless steel parts. Design #customisation and production #efficiency are some of the main advantages that make 3D printing a crucial manufacturing technique in steel processing. Among its scientific advantages is the possibility of sintering the printed parts directly, without the need for prior chemical alterations. This eliminates complex intermediate processes, simplifying the manufacturing chain. Furthermore, prior to the #sintering process, it is feasible to subject the parts to standard treatments analogous to those used in polymer 3D printing, including the option of machining without requiring highly specialised equipment. The final result after the sintering process is a 100% stainless steel composite part. Juntos hemos desarrollado un nuevo sistema para el riego de plantas de interior: la Olla CitySens 👉 https://lnkd.in/dapszBQE La Olla CitySens es un pequeño depósito que se coloca en la tierra de la maceta. Se llena de agua y, gracias a su diseño inteligente, difunde el agua de manera progresiva y autónoma, proporcionando un riego sencillo y ecológico para tus plantas. El secreto de la #OllaCitySens radica en su novedoso material poroso. A diferencia de las ollas tradicionales de cerámica, que son frágiles, pesadas y requieren mucha energía para su fabricación, estas ollas están hechas con un biomaterial poroso de origen orgánico que contiene un 40% de madera y consume muy poca energía en su producción.
