SR Health Risk Management Manager

For a multinational insurance company, we are looking for an expert Health Risk Manager to drive risk management functions and contribute to the profitable growth of the business.

Role Purpose:

• Promote and develop life, savings, and health risk management functions with a focus on HEALTH.
• Identify and measure potential risks, propose ways to mitigate these risks, and support entities in developing training according to their specific needs.
• Lead the approval process for new products and reformulations.
• Participate in comprehensive reviews of health portfolios.

Requirements:

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Economics.
• 8 years of experience in health risk management and benefits or consulting.
• Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Fluency in spoken and written English- C1 (skills in Spanish and/or French are a plus).
• Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
• Pricing, GLM models, methodologies, programming languages and Underwriting will be a plus.
