Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
  • Support the IT team in managing and troubleshooting network issues, servers, and workstations
  • Help monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and security of IT infrastructure
  • Participate in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives
  • Document IT processes and procedures, and assist in maintaining accurate records of hardware and software inventory
  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner
  • Assist in routine system backups and recovery procedures
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to contribute to continuous improvement


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and networking fundamentals
  • Familiarity with IT hardware, software, and network equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
