The answer is pretty easy: You can't prepare yourself in theory for the harsh truth of real markets _You can have the best ideas _You can have the best concepts _You might even have a perfect product But if nobody is willing to buy it - you will fail. Here comes the twist to overcome failing products: > GO OUT TO THE MARKET AND TEST WITH REAL BUYING CUSTOMERS BEFORE INVESTING MILLIONS AND YEARS Sounds impossible? You believe you have to build the product first? Nope. Thats that's the old approach with sky-high failure rates. We simply don't do that anymore. P.S. Have you ever thought about how, instead of spending one million and a year on an untested innovation, you can raise the chances of probability for success drastically by rather doing 20 tests at 50k? It might be the difference of 90% failure to 80% success.
