Si eres extranjero residiendo en España, pero has estado un largo tiempo fuera del país, el consejo que traemos hoy te interesa... ¿𝗣𝘂𝗲𝗱𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗿 𝗲𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗮 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻 𝘀𝗶 𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗳𝘂𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝗱𝗲 𝗘𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗻̃𝗮 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘀? #CONSEJOS 4 El permiso de larga duración puede ser solicitado por aquellos extranjeros que llevan residiendo legalmente en España durante más de 5 años. ⚠️ Sin embargo, para  poder obtener dicho permiso, 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗱𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘀 𝗲𝗻 𝗘𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗻̃𝗮. Por ello mismo te aconsejamos que tengas en cuenta las siguientes casuísticas a la hora de pedir tu permiso de larga duración o bien plantearte estar fuera de España por varios meses: 📌 𝗡𝗼 𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗱𝗿𝗮́ 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗹𝗮 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻 de residencia de larga duración, si se ha estado 𝗳𝘂𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝗱𝗲 𝗘𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗻̃𝗮 𝗺𝗮́𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝟭𝟬 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘀 dentro de los cinco años anteriores a la solicitud. 📌 Si las ausencias del territorio español se deben a 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗼𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀, se aceptarán ausencias de España hasta 𝟲 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗱𝗼𝘀, siempre y cuando el total 𝗻𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗮 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝟭 𝗮𝗻̃𝗼 dentro de los cinco años de residencia anteriores a la solicitud del permiso de larga duración. 📌 Se debe tener en cuenta que 𝗹𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗘𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗻̃𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗷𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗲. 𝗖ó𝗺𝗼 𝗼𝗯𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘂𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗷𝗼? El proceso varia según el tipo de permiso que se solicita. CBSA appear to be mistakenly issuing conditions on open work permits they issue for IEC Working Holiday Visa holders stating they cannot work in Agricultural occupations from non designated countries. This is wrong! A couple of young Irish IEC participants on a community Facebook group I am part of brought it up that IEC participants cannot work in Agriculture to which I replied and asked where this info came from. Anyone coming to Canada via IEC Working holiday route this year are all having the condition stated at the bottom of their work permit. The condition appears along side the usual ones for sex industry and then also healthcare, childcare and teachers who can have this removed with a completed in date Medical examination IME document (not sex industry to be clear). CBSA officers especially at airports constantly issue work permits with conditions on healthcare despite applicants showing the medical. CBSA officers then double down and refuse to change it when challenged. It's frustrating in a time where healthcare workers are really needed this delays participating in that work for months. We do know that medicals are required for those who wish to work in healthcare, childcare, teaching etc. and those from designated countries require a medical and want to work in agriculture occupations. IEC participant countries like Ireland, UK etc are not on the designated countries list! This condition should not be on it. I am not sure if IEC working holiday visa holders still do much seasonal agricultural work anymore but if it is popular among that group of travelers and the industry is seeing a decline in interest from that group this may be a contributing factor this and next yr maybe? #iec #workpermitconditions #cbsa #ircc #agriculturecanada
