About the Role:
As the Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing our customer success strategies to drive upsell growth, reduce churn, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the VP of Customer Success, you will lead a team, refine processes, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet and exceed KPIs and OKRs.
Top Responsibilities:
💠 Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Customer Success team to meet growth and retention goals.
💠 Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base to achieve growth targets.
💠 Design and implement churn reduction strategies with proactive customer engagement.
💠 Own and continuously improve the customer success journey from onboarding to renewal.
💰 Compensation:
Base pay: $40-60K USD annually (approx. $3,333 - $5,000 USD/month), paid monthly.
Bonus: $10-20K USD annually, paid quarterly based on performance.
PTO: 1 day earned per month worked, capped at 10 days per year.
Flexibility with Colombian holidays instead of US holidays.
🗓️ Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST. On-call for emergencies (rare).
