Una jornada en la que Carolina Martinoli, nuestra presidenta y CEO, ha participado en la mesa redonda ‘Sostenibilidad medioambiental, económica y social’, junto a diferentes representantes del sector. Durante el encuentro se ha debatido acerca de la sostenibilidad, tanto en términos medioambientales como económicos y sociales, al tiempo que se ha abordado la oportunidad que ofrecen los combustibles sostenibles de aviación (SAF) para avanzar en la descarbonización del sector. Vueling ha robado nuestros equipajes. Una semana sin noticias de ustedes. Fue en un vuelo Paris - Barcelona. Tenemos cosas importantes (medicamentos y cosas de valor). Es inaceptable hagan esto a sus clientes. Es un robo y un abuso. Necesitamos una respuesta ya. Agravaron mi situación medica al punto de morir. Leo son varios casos en la misma situación. Sin duda, es lamentable volar con ustedes.
Hi Vueling Airlines I have been waiting since last Thursday to hear back about my lost luggage, which is nowhere to be found. I had a flight in the morning of 20/6 from Malaga to Barcelona, which was delayed for 3 hours. Because of the delay, I missed my correspondence to Nice, which I also booked with Vueling. Instead of booking me on a new Nice flight the same day, I was sent to MARSEILLE, which is a 2h30 minutes drive from Nice, without any luggage. Please let me know how is this worth the €300 euro ticket I paid for with Vueling, and how do you consider Vueling to be in the top 10 airlines. To this day, I have no clue, despite my numerous efforts on where my luggage is. I EVEN said I would go pick up the luggage myself as I have important belongings in it, to no avail. I have had no support from anyone at Vueling, despite my +40 calls a day. Please resolve this matter ASAP as this is unacceptable. Yassmine.

2 semanasI wonder if your customer service can go lower, (I am a pissed customer) I lost my luggage flying Uveling from Duesseldorf on a transit flight to Madrid via Barcelona, I waited 3 hours at the airport, seeking help from you people(only to find out that there are no people on duty) I scanned the QR code to report missing luggage, and waited, it has been more than 2 weeks, and I am already back to China, and you deleted my case? ( I say this, because, I can no longer log in to the page where I wrote all the details of my suitcase) I tried your online service link but my booking number cannot be recognized by you, I am hopeless, I tried to call your customer service hotline (international calls) and was only dealt with by robots, is this the way you treat a pissed passenger? Or you are just too busy/arrogant to care? This kind of attitude towards a customer is outrageous.
