I feel I'm contributing insignificant as compered to what I'm harvesting and this is not on my capabilities rather it is due to many good people around me, my extra effort to use all available opportunities to continuing leraning. This time I have been attending the #HSIQ Annual Review meeting at Adama, #HaileGrandResort. My Advise to #Youngsters, there is no #FreeLunch at least you are expected to get reach to the lunch or dinner table. So keep pushing, continue learning even if it seems it doesn't working and for nothing, it is okey but keep moving, learning, sweating, but never stop, your efforts are being counted, registered and someone is looking, even if no one is looking; still keep going, be positive and optimistic your days are coming just one yard ahead that is all.

One of the great sucess of the then FMOH, now MOH, is the Health Extension Program, which has been serving as a Vehicle, link and glue connecting the communities with policy makers, services and servants at grass root level at the real work filed, where the real heroes fight with lots of problems with scare resources and un imaginable challenges. I'm glad and lucky to hear and see the real healthcare cadres experience and be part of the team leaders training on MPDSR amd OFSR. Thank you the Organizers.

Scientists, developing parteners, philanthropist, and funders and donors are working day and night for the better world particularly for children, women and adolescents and youth as these groups of the population are the basis for any development. In this regard the Gats Foundation or BMGF takes the lead, #IApoweredUltrasound, the #Gaviinitiatives and #TropisID, the needle free IPV devices are only some of the #tipofIceberg that the foundation puts its generous contributions to the world. Above all the positivity and leadership, from the top management to subordinates is amezing and holds more hope to the world. Thank you.
