How do I qualify for the offer?

• You must be an existing Google Fi customer. An existing Fi customer is someone who currently has Fi service or whose last day of Fi service took place within the last 180 days.
• To qualify for the discount, you need to do all of the following:
  • Keep the qualifying account active for 24 months.
    • If purchased with device financing, the device payments will be on us after 24 monthly credits. The only device payment due is tax on the pre-credit device price and it will be charged at time of purchase. If you cancel service at any time before 24 months, you will be charged the remaining value of the device.
    • If purchased without device financing, the full device price will be due at time of purchase and you will receive $329.99 back via 24 monthly credits.
    • If you cancel service at any time before the 24 months, you will forfeit all remaining monthly credits.
  • You must stay active on the same Fi account used to purchase the device or be a member of the purchaser's group plan.

When will I receive my credit?

• You will receive an email notification to confirm that credit will be applied to your future bills.
• The credit will be applied toward monthly service costs, such as data, calls, texts and device financing, over 24 months. The credit is tied to the person that purchased the device. The device purchaser must keep their Fi service active in order to continue to receive the promotion bill credits.
• If you return or cancel your order, you are not eligible to keep the credit and any unused credit will not roll over to the next month.

• Offer is available until June 20, 2024 at 9:59 AM PDT or while supplies last.
• For individual plans, limit one device promotion per person during the promotion redemption period. For group plans, limit one device promotion per group plan member during the promotion redemption period.
• Offer is only available to U.S. residents, and requires Google Pay and Google Fi accounts.
• Tax on the pre-credit price is due at the time of purchase and will not be included in the promotional value.
• Unused monthly bill credits will not roll over to future months.
