Student mental health challenges have increased, but educational institutions' resources haven't kept up. Traditional support methods alone are not enough to meet the growing need. It is important to reflect on how technology can promote student well-being. Seeking help is a key part of learning, and trust in technological solutions plays a crucial role. Positive experiences encourage students to use the tools available to them. By supporting students and making it easier to seek help, we create a more open culture around asking for assistance. 💚 Maailman mielenterveyspäivä 10.10.2024 Opiskelijoiden mielenterveysongelmat ovat lisääntyneet, mutta oppilaitosten resurssit eivät ole kasvaneet samaan tahtiin. Perinteiset tukimuodot eivät yksin riitä vastaamaan kasvavaan tarpeeseen. Maailman mielenterveyspäivän nimessä on tärkeää pohtia, kuinka teknologia voi edistää opiskelijoiden hyvinvointia. Avun hakeminen on keskeinen osa oppimista, ja luottamus teknologisiin ratkaisuihin on avainasemassa. Myönteiset kokemukset kannustavat opiskelijoita käyttämään tarjolla olevia työkaluja.
