Held in conjunction with the ALD/ALE 2024 conference, this global competition highlighted groundbreaking research in thin film growth within high aspect ratio semiconductor structures. 🏆 Conformality Research Team of the Year: Congratulations to the team from Fraunhofer IPMS - CNT for their pioneering work on ferroelectric ALD films. Their innovative research in surface characterization using XPS and ToF-SIMS techniques has set new benchmarks in the field. 🏅 Prospective Contributions to ALD Conformality Research: Congratulations to the University of Texas at Dallas team for their promising research in Atomic Layer Deposition, paving the way for future advancements in ferroelectric hafnia applications. As part of their awards, the winning teams will receive Chipmetrics test chips to further their research, helping to accelerate developments in 3D semiconductor processes. 🔍 Chipmetrics at ALD/ALE 2024: The event was a tremendous success, with our booth attracting over 200 visitors, eager to learn more about our cutting-edge technologies. We conducted live demonstrations and collaborative measurements in partnership with Park Systems , showcasing the powerful synergy between our solutions. Our two presentations were well-received, drawing in over 100 participants who engaged with our insights on advanced semiconductor processes.
