#EuroBioImaging's Head of Image Data Services, Aastha Mathur, got to visit some of the facilities that are part of our new Spanish Nodes 🇪🇸 in Valencia and Barcelona. The final consortium meeting of the iNEXT-Discovery project took place in Brno in June 2024, alongside the Symposium on Recent Advances in #CryoEM. This meeting marks the conclusion of the Horizon 2020 funded European project iNEXT-Discovery for access to structural biology services for translational research and discovery. Johanna Bischof, Head of Operations at the Euro-BioImaging Bio-Hub attended this meeting and reports on it here ⤵ https://lnkd.in/dNjmhZ5r

A chance to visit our Nodes is always a welcome opportunity for #EuroBioImaging Hub team members to meet the facility staff, learn more about the institutes that host our Nodes, see their imaging systems, and provide updates on Euro-BioImaging to Node staff. In June 2024, Johanna Bischof, Head of Bio-Hub Operations, got the opportunity to visit the facilities of the Brno Node hosted at CEITEC - Central European Institute of Technology - MAFIL and CELLIM, where a truly broad range of diverse imaging technologies is available 🔬 .  From #MRI systems for human imaging to phytotrons and lightsheet systems, the Advanced Light Microscopy and Medical Imaging Node #Brno is a cutting-edge mixed Node offering #openaccess to its instruments and expertise via Euro-BioImaging.
