Hu Hu! We’re seeking a Finance & Operations Manager based in Helsinki to join our pan-European investment team. This structured and strategic individual will oversee Greencode's financial management, compliance, and operations, ensuring they are forward looking, cost-effective and compliant. You’ll act as a bridge between outsourcing partners, portfolio companies, and LPs, while also contributing to strategic planning and supporting portfolio growth.   Key Responsibilities -      Financial Management: Oversee all financial data, fund controlling, and       reporting. Manage audits and implement financial systems. -      Operations: Conduct financial due diligence, manage vendor        relationships, and support the investment team. -      LP Relations: Maintain regular communication with LPs and prepare        performance reports. -      Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, manage tax planning, and        mitigate risks.   About You   -      Experience in venture capital fund management or operations. -      Understanding of VC and PE investments. -      Degree in finance, accounting or law. -      Interest in digital and climate technologies. -      Proactive, autonomous, and a team player with attention to detail. -      Full proficiency in English. -      This role is based in Helsinki with remote work options.   Interested?
