Incap published the financial results for Q3 2024. The company's revenue for the third quarter of 2024 increased by 23.4% to EUR 61.8 million, thanks to strong performance across all units. Incap's operating profit amounted to 12.8% of the revenue, or EUR 7.9 million, increasing by 37.6% year-on-year. 🌟 Meet Ivana Priputenova, Account Manager at #IncapSlovakia! 🌟 Ivana’s journey has been anything but ordinary. With a degree in forest engineering, her career took a surprising turn when she ventured into the corporate world at Dell, before taking to the skies as a flight attendant in Kuwait and the Emirates. After years of international experiences, her love for Slovakia brought her back home, where she now thrives as our Account Manager at Incap Slovakia. Her passion for learning, especially improving her English skills, has driven her to excel in a field far removed from her studies. Meet the Team: Krister Aleks Kasemaa – Process Engineer at #IncapEstonia 🌟 Krister Aleks ensures that our production processes run smoothly and are always improving. 🚀 Krister's journey started when he shifted from working as a mail carrier in Tartu to studying Technotronics at the Estonian University of Life Sciences. He completed two internships at Incap, which laid the foundation for his engineering career. Now back in his hometown of Kuressaare, Krister is helping us find practical solutions to optimise processes. Outside of work, Krister enjoys singing in a choir and playing disc golf in his free time. 🎶🌀 He’s also busy with home improvement projects and stays connected with friends in Tartu, where he lived for nine years.
