A recent post by our CEO, Petri Hollmen, about measuring events raised much conversation. 🧐 Some years ago, Lyyti developed a measuring tool called the Experience Value Score, which has proved to be very valuable for many event organisers. However, many still neglect event evaluation. Sanna-Kaisa Koivisto from MarkkinointiKollektiivi raised a very good point about giving and receiving feedback: if someone is willing to give it, you are responsible for reviewing it.
