Nothing better than a good workshop! 👏 Pharmaceutical R&D hub at Hyderabad, India showed great interest at our workshop titled "Enhance Crystallization Process by Advanced Process Microscopy Imaging Technology," given by Dr Markus Honkanen and Dr Shashank Honnenahalli Jagannatha and hosted by our partner Skytech Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd! 💎 In the workshop we dived into detailed technical sessions, live demonstration and case studies on various applications, including API crystallization and bio-pharma droplet size measurement. We had 70 keen participants, asking over 100 questions on the topic! 🙋♀️ 🙋♂️ Pixact CEO Hannu Eloranta welcomed participants to the workshop via video. Special appearance was also made by the new Pixact mascot, Pixu the Reindeer! 😄 Thank you Skytech Systems for organizing such a wonderful event!  ✨

Real-time insights to stock preparation process! 🌳💡 Pixact Stock Monitor system has been in use at PTS since November 2024, detecting optical contaminants in fiber suspensions ranging from 50 µm to 5,000 µm and classifying them precisely according to color and geometry — even with material densities of up to 3.0%. The PSM opens up new opportunities for laboratory analysis and online monitoring of various process stages of stock preparation.

Pixact celebrates 18 years of optical imaging journey! 🎉 In 2006, while working at the Technical University of Tampere, Hannu Eloranta, Markus Honkanen and Kalle Marjanen noticed a need for industrial measurement services. And so, 18 years ago today, Pixact was founded. From there the business grew and technology advanced to the Pixact Process Monitoring System with numerous applications to optimize processes from laboratory to industrial scale. And still, progress does not stop there, but new innovations and ideas are cultivated under Pixact roof every day. Thank you to all our customers and stakeholders for the 18 years full of exiting opportunities to brighten the picture of your process!
