At Q4US, we take pride in building software that drives industry-wide impact. Our CEO Sandun Dasanayake recently participated in the Structural Building Components Association (SBCA) Quality Bootcamp, engaging with truss industry professionals dedicated to advancing quality control in their plants.   As the development partner behind SBCA’s industry-standard quality control software, 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐂, it was invaluable to collaborate with experts who use and champion the platform daily. The bootcamp provided fresh insights into quality control and quality assurance fundamentals, reinforcing our commitment to delivering innovative solutions that empower the industry.   We were also thrilled to connect with our client, Steve Kennedy, PE from US Lbm Holdings, LLC (US LBM), and to witness firsthand how Digital QC continues to be embraced by the industry. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do!   A big thank you to Molly Butz, Greg, and the SBCA team for organizing such an insightful and well-balanced bootcamp. Just one week into my new workplace Q4US, I had the opportunity to celebrate my birthday with my new colleagues. It was more than just a cake and candles it was a warm welcome that instantly made me feel like part of the team. 🚀 Sharing Knowledge & Growing Together! 🎤 Last week, I had the privilege of delivering a lecture on DevOps practices and culture at the University of Jyväskylä as part of the Continuous Software Engineering course. I took a hands-on approach to introduce students to key practices under DevOps, including Version Control, CI/CD, containers, container orchestration, infrastructure automation, and monitoring. By working through real-world challenges, I emphasized how these tools and practices are essential for building scalable, efficient, and reliable software. A special thank you to Q4US management for selecting me and providing this amazing opportunity, and to my colleagues for their invaluable support in preparing the presentation. This experience not only strengthened my own knowledge but also allowed me to improve my communication skills and embrace new challenges with confidence.
