ROXON’s MAX3 primary belt cleaner is made with efficiency and easy maintenance in mind. The multiple blades can be easily removed and replaced. Depending on the application, different blade tips can be included with the cleaner. The Max3-K-U 95 cleaner blade is designed to be used at conveyors in pulp & paper, sawmills, power plants, etc. The green blade works in applications where the main material is wood, oil, pitch among others. The ROXON HX170 monitoring system is made to keep a constant eye on the condition of the belt 24/7. The unit’s robust design and reliability enable it to work efficiently even in dusty and difficult environments. This was the case in a recent installation where the customer needed a special solution at the take up device of a 1000mm wide pipe conveyor with dust-covered conditions. ROXON offers pulley refurbishment services, delivered globally, backed by years of expertise. One of our major customers in Sweden had a modernization project that involved changing the gearless drives of a single drive pulley previously delivered by ROXON 25 years ago. The ROXON team in Sweden did the shaft calculations and refurbishment work. The pulley was then outfitted with a double drive, new lagging, bearings, seals and locking devices.
