RunEco Vacuum System has started up at Felix Schoeller Günzach PM14 🙌 The delivery included an EP600 Turbo Blower with EcoDrop and EcoSep Water Separators. EcoFlow Dewatering Measurement Systems with 8 measurement points help in determining the correct vacuum level and optimizing energy consumption. “With the rebuilding of the vacuum system, Günzach team now has great new tools to boost their process. The Turbo Blower has reduced energy consumption substantially. Additionally, the capacity of the whole system was increased a lot. EcoFlows now show what is happening in the forming and press sections regarding dewatering. These tools will give great chances to improve efficiency of the production line while targeting an increase of product quality stability,” says Jelle Schuivens, Sales Manager, Runtech Systems. Heat recovery systems normally include air-to-air or air-to-water heat exchangers. Systems are used to supply air preheating, fresh and white-water heating, machine hall heating, roof heating and hood exhaust humidity control. Optimized heat recovery improves overall heat recovery output and energy efficiency. An EP Turbo Blower produces approximately from 5 to 20 m3 of exhaust heat per second. By recovering this 100–180°C heat, you will be able to lower steam consumption at your paper machine. Since steam is one of the most expensive components in papermaking, heat recovery will lead to significant cost savings. Replacing primary energy sources with heat recovery reduces carbon footprint as in many places steam is produced by combusting fossil fuels that cause CO2 emissions. #energyefficiency #heatrecovery #co2reduction #paperindustry #runtech

Runtech delivers a RunEco vacuum system to Canan Kagit Sanayi ve Ticaret AS in Mersin, Türkiye. The delivery to PM1 includes two EP600 Turbo Blowers with EcoDrop water separator, a low vacuum blower and EcoFlow dewatering measurements with six measurement points for vacuum system optimization. RunEco system will provide the needed vacuum capacity for the company’s new paper machine in Tarsus site. The announced PM1 will produce MG (machine glazed) paper. Canan Paper is one of the new companies in the paper sector. The new investment in MG technology prioritizes environmental awareness and quality. The investment will not only enable them to produce high quality paper but will also further enhance their environmental responsibility by reducing their carbon footprint. Canan Paper is committed to producing recyclable and environmentally friendly products in line with its sustainability policy. Alaaddin Yalçınözü, General Manager of the company, said: "It is a big step for us to combine quality and environmental responsibility with this investment.
