Our recent case story highlights our flexible solutions for controlling our butterfly valves, designed to meet various technical requirements and ensure the optimal control of butterfly valves. This year, we had the opportunity to deliver innovative valve solutions to DH Kraków in Poland. These included two DN 500 butterfly valves, equipped with Hydrox and manual cabinets, and four DN 800 butterfly valves with manual gearboxes installed where a standard chamber could be constructed. Additionally, we supplied two pre-insulated DN 1000 butterfly valves paired with Hydrox and a portable pump. This particular solution was crucial due to the space constraints that prohibited the installation of a standard chamber. 🔥 Our Iron & Steel sales team may be one of the smaller ones, but they sure do deliver one of the biggest valves the #Vexve Czechia factory in Dolní Benešov produces! Their largest order this year was definitely a set of valves for our long-term customer and a major partner in Central Europe, that is currently upgrading one of their Cowper stoves. The order contained multiple Butterfly and #GateValves from DN 150 to DN 1400, but the most impressive ones were a #Goggle valve DN 1200, the sustainable type with bonnets, and a DN 1300 Hot blast Gate valve. We believe our Vexve Armatury valves will serve in this #steel mill for many years to come!

One of the most unusual and beautiful products from Vexve Armatury? Swing type goggle valve! 👓 This type is used for blast furnace pipelines and is one of the #ironsteelteam showcases. The body of the most complicated valve is ready to become a masterpiece.⬇ The final product has almost 2000 parts! Can you imagine assembling them all together? The uniqueness of this type of valve is also reflected in the number we produce at Vexve every year - usually not more than 1 or 2 pieces. To produce this including the engineering you need approximately 8 months. Looking forward the final product! 😃

Introducing Vexve's summer employees! 👷♂️ Antti Marttila is studying mechanical engineering at TAMK and currently working in our Laitila factory’s valve assembly. His job includes assembling stems, operating robots and inspecting various valve elements. “Vexve is a great place to work! My colleagues are fair and friendly, so we have a really good working community. The atmosphere is not tense - if mistakes are made, they are discussed and processes are improved for the future," Antti says.
