This is a unique opportunity to directly influence the growth of the company and evolve into a key figure alongside the founder. 🔑 What We Offer: Path to Partnership: A long-term commitment with the potential to achieve partner or co-founder status. Commission-Based Compensation: Earn a competitive commission for successfully securing full-time employees and freelancers for client projects. Flexibility: Remote work with flexible hours that fit your schedule. Direct Employment Transition: Upon reaching 5 full-time employees, the freelance agreement will transition to permanent employment with a base salary and continued commission on ongoing and new sales. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Lead client attraction efforts and develop strong relationships with potential customers.
