You need only ONE machine for road construction! This year, we have started cooperation with the road-building manufacturer and creator of MeriCrusher, Suokone Oy. To create a more efficient machine for road construction purposes, they installed a liquid container of 200 liters and a spraying system of 70 bar into their existing model. The liquid flow is optimized for the use of sustainable products such as Dust/Blokr Sugar Blend and Road//Stabilizr with minimum water amount. The liquid is sprayed directly into the material that is being mixed ( Step 4 in the video!), creating a cost-efficient way of stabilizing roads to almost any desired depth. Water is too cheap. One of the common problems we are facing when promoting dust suppression agents is that the mining industry is still using water as a dust suppressant. Pumping and spraying tonnes of liters of water daily for dust to appear after couple of hours. Not only this way is not effective in the long-term but it is wasteful. The same equipment, same machines, and same drivers using the same methods can be used with Dust Blokr - an organic agent to bring the fugitive road dust for days. Are you maintaining the road properly? Potholes are formed due to moisture entering small areas of the road base or staying on the top of the unpaved road. In paved roads, water travels through small asphalt cracks to the road base, where it settles. Due to the change in the weather, water freezes and thaws causing the top layer of the road to weaken. Additional rain in spring continues to weaken the road, where due to the weight from the traffic, road material gives up. The higher frequency of vehicles and more freeze and thaw cycles means more potholes.
