Can I use 65W charger for MBA M2?

This is what apple website says

It does talk about charger supporting less than 67W.

If I use 65W charger and appropriate cable, at what speed my MBA M2 will charge at?

    Yes. You can use a 5w charger if you want — it just won’t give you much power.

    And regarding speed — the biggest factor in that is how much power your machine is using while charging.
