  1. I would really like if someone could make a standart barrel for Algernon's Revolver. I'm sorry if it is not pissible. I tried to find something like this, but i failed. If you know what i looking for, please share with me.
  2. I need help with a mod that I am making for a "simple" model swap of the Old Earth Assault Rifle. I downloaded a 3D model, converted it to Starfield's nif format in Blender, made sure alignment, scaling, and weight were all zeroed and coordinated with the default meshes, verified it works and looks great in NifSkope, with some minor nudging to correct some misalignments which I then re-zeroed, loaded into the game and the model looked good, but when I change cells or restart the game the entire model breaks. I mean, all the components are disconnected and meshes are being stretched aggressively so, the model also weirdly moves with the player in the preview. I have followed guides, what few I can find anyway, reached out on the modding subreddit, modding discord, and even reached out directly to a few mod makers here with zero response. I am kind of at my wits end with this thing and have no idea where else to go with it. I thinking that my next move is just to wait for Starfield's mod resources to get better. Any help at all is greatly appreciated though as I would love to get this working.
  3. Basically, a perk that lets you fan the hammer while hip-firing a revolver-type weapon and you can shoot as fast as you click (possibly capped at a certain rate for balancing). Maybe tier 2 of the perk: each consecutive shot you land will tighten the grouping for the rest of that cylinder (mag). *I know there are already some mods that let you do this but they are not player-exclusive and they have the same fire rate as the default
  4. Hello forum, currently enjoying a heftily modded playthrough and could honestly say its got almost everything I could want in a single game... almost! Ive had this idea for a while now about the possibility of mods for compressed air/PCP air guns currently available on the market, just like the ones we have for real brand firearms. Some examples include, namely, the big bores like the Seneca Wing Shot, Seneca Dragon Claw, Umarex Hammer, or the AEA Challenger, all firing .357 and .50 cal slugs at 700-1000fps and are used in both hunting and sporting applications. I thought it would be a cool novelty idea all around, kind of want to make an airgun bushcraft-type build Sole Survivor but ive no real know how on mod making myself.   5. i was thinking if anyone could made this come true for me if hate it thats ok, if you dont want to thats ok, if you know how to do it and would be keen to do it i will even pay you so the mod should add ar 15 with usable sniper scope that would have same zoom as carcano rifle and underbarrel grenade launcher (it would be usable and it would like lemat revolver), it would have drum mag with 100 rounds. also it would add classic uzi (could be dual wielded) with under barrel explosive shotgun, had 30 round mag and scope that would be like the smaller scope for rifle it would also add that player could carry 8 guns in total 5 of then stored on character two guns on back 2 pistols stored on hips and two on off hand holsters, also it would add that in weapon wheal the four slots for guns would remain but the slots for pistol would have the ability to put two guns at once and it would use the guns on hips and on the right side would be the gun in offhand holster. this mod would also changed the lemat revolver a bit lemat would be made out of three guns, the barrel and cylinder would be from lemat the main body be from remington and would be double double action but would still be acurate, IT would be also way stranger. Another thing this mod would add would be Fallout power Armor (skull mask), the suit would increase the players strenght And physical abilities(also Bulletproof). Dual wielding melee weapons. Last thing this mod could add would be better weapon customization, player can change from look to features And Stats, scopes for all weapons, extended mags And such .
  6. i'm trying to resize the overheat glow on minigun's barrels. i tried rescaling all the blocks that i could, but the glow's radius seems to stay the same. i couldn't find any value i could change in the light radius controller block either.
  7. Smart guns in Cyberpunk 2077 are a fantastic aid for those of us who struggle with aiming due to various reasons. However, the current "all-or-nothing" lock-on mechanism could be improved to offer a more dynamic gameplay experience. Just as a traditional shotgun can hit more distant targets—albeit with decreased effectiveness—it would be great if smart weapons also allowed us to lock onto targets that are farther away, but with a sliding scale for accuracy based on the distance to the target. Here are two potential implementations: 1. **Randomized Lock-on:** As the target moves farther away, there could be a percentage-based chance that some projectiles won't lock on, adding an element of unpredictability. 2. **Looser Guidance:** Alternatively, the farther away a target is, the less accurate the projectile guidance could be, making it harder to hit distant targets but not impossible. This change could apply to all smart weapons, not just shotguns. A logarithmic accuracy falloff would offer a more nuanced experience, making smart weapons even more engaging to use. The current system, where there's a flat "no-lock-on" distance beyond which you can't hit anything, feels limiting and somewhat unrealistic. Implementing a more dynamic range and accuracy mechanism would make the gameplay more versatile and enjoyable.
  8. Destiny 2 has some of the most gorgeous guns in all of sci-fi I'd absolutely love to see a passionate modder recreate some of them for Starfield
  9. As the tittle says, we need a mod for our holstered weapons, something similar the ones for Skyrim and Fallout 4. The character already have the animations to holst/unholst weapons, all we need is to see it, specially the hand guns. Somehing similar to this:

  11. i wanted to make the minigun fire with a realistic speed by setting the number of projectiles to a higher number, but the faster i make it fire, the more the firing animation keep freezing. is there any solution to that?
  12. Looking for a mod that replaces the sound of the Urban Eagle weapon. Currently it is very bleh and sounds nothing like you'd imagine it would sound like. If the sound files weren't all numbered and impossible to decipher, I would immediately replace the sound of the gun with the COD MW Desert Eagle.

  14. Greetings Nexus Starfield community, As a Cold War and retro sci-fi vibes enjoyer, there are the things I would like to see the most asap in my game: I. Cold War weapons as individual or packed mods: Service Rifle like the one remade by DeadPool2099 ;Moon M-16 as seen in the For All Mankind TV show ;Space AK-47, again as seen in the For All Mankind TV show, or even futuristic like the AK from Elysium which has been made for Fallout 4 by FX0x01 ;Some space HK MP5s ;But of course, my weapon of choice would be the famous G-11 'Space Kraut' (also made for Fallout 4 by asXas with fantastic assets) ;That would be nice to have a kind of helmet looking alike the iconic Soviet GSH-6 too! II. Some Aliens stuff because it would clearly have a place in Starfield: Obviously, the M41 Pulse Gun and variants used by the Colonial Marines, with the TNR Lamp obviously, as made for Fallout 4 by AKcelsior ;Some M56 ACT turrets to defend your outposts, as ported from Aliens: Dark Decent for Fallout 4 by Ragnarr1313 ; III. Then a few things to build in your settlement: Some NASA-ish dishes because why not ;Modular prefabs to make some kind of Moon base as seen in For All Mankind ;Some retro terminals, as seen during the 80-90s computers eras ;I don't know why, but I would love to be able to build trenches and military-ish fortifications, as seen in Star Wars or Sandbag Fortifications made for Fallout 4 by Nutulator ;What do you think about those suggestions? And would you like to see some Cold Wars-ish or retro stuff in Starfield? See you space cowboys!
  15. Could someone recreate the AR2 from Half-life 2 in fallout? maybe with a unique variant inspired by the prototype AR2 from Entropy: Zero? Its my favorite weapon in any video game and I'd love to see it in fallout, but I don't have the skills to make it myself.

  17. I've seen a few mods give turrets different weapons, but I don't know how those are done. I've tried making a turret weapon and putting it in the turret's inventory but nothing works.
  18. Been on a B&T kick and realized that although we have a few B&T mods for Fallout 4 that are really, really good... We don't have one of the most iconic B&T guns. Specifically, the GHM9. My favorite version is the GHM9-G Compact, so that is the model pictured. Would love to see the GHM9 in game!!!
  19. Just throwing this out there. The current Smith & Wesson M&P9 mod that already exists is not great. The textures, animations, and sounds all need work and it doesn't have a lot of customization options. It looks to me like it really was more of a learning experience for a modder who was trying expand and test their skills. Not bad for what it is, but not enough to really blow anyone's minds. It is also based off the older versions of the M&P product line. A complete redux or new mod with more current production versions of the M&P9 would be awesome! Front serrations, suppressor height sights, flashlight options, more variants and customization, etc. Adding in parts based off of custom aftermarket upgrades (slides, triggers, etc) and stuff from the Performance Center, like the newer Competitor model, would be great! The M&P products are severely underrated in real life and are very under-represented in the modding community. Would love to see something on par with either of the Glock 19X mods, Beretta M9A3 (Ardent's), or Subleader's mods! Hope someone will take this to heart and give the M&P9 some love in Fallout 4!
  20. Hello, I am looking for a moderator to ask them a question. I haven't been on the forums in some years but recently I came across an old weapon mod(more a weapon collection mod) that was on NV YEARS ago. The creator removed it and as far as his friend said passed away, not sure if this is true or not and I didn't want to pry out of respect and dignity. I wanted to take along a project to modernize, update, and restore some of the weapons as some of the weapons are stunning and also exceptionally well made. I am new to modding and I want this mod to be a magus opus for myself, I believe there is a form of it on ModdB but I don't really use the site outside of half life stuff so haven't checked. Anyway, I want to speak to a New Vegas Moderator about a few questions if someone can DM me?
  21. Is there any possible way someone can create a better or equally good version of the alien disintegrator? I loved that rifle from 3s zeta DLC but i think it was a huge slap in the face what we got in fallout 4 and a bigger insult to lock it behind "Mini DLC"

I have modded Fallout 4 with a little over 20 different gun mods, some of them seem to work aside from these, (there my be more but these are the ones I found) SKS M14 Mosin Nagant I spent a good amount of time looking at 5+ year old forums on how to fix it with no solution to be found, aside from changing ini files, half of which I cannot find. I have made sure to have the basics installed like F4SE and Unofficial Patch, and even made sure to start a new game and still have invisible weapons. Am I missing something here or do the mods no longer work?
