I have 20 century weapons installed and WMK however WMK's so not work in game. I could make them work using the WMK+FWE patch but i DO NOT want to install FWE> Any suggestions

Hello everyone, So i've had skyrim in my computer for a couple months now and within the past week or so it's been crashing quite frequently, around 10-20 minutes after i load the program. So far i've tried multiple solutions posted by other users with the same problem on the forums, but none of them worked. I'm currently playing skyrim using the skse launcher, and several mods mostly consisting of the player mod, immersion, and animation categories. I used to have a lot of quest mods and new area mods installed and they were active when the crashing began but i have since removed them. I also downloaded the apachi hair mod around the same time the crashing began but i still have it activated. Currently my computer is running with an ATI radeon hd4650 1gb graphics card with DirectX 9.0c running on dual monitors (i've tried disabling the second monitor but to no prevail), and an Intel Celeron D 3.06GHz processor. Not sure if it's useful information but it's also not crashing to the desktop, it just freezes while open, forcing me to open the task manager to force close it. And thanks to everyone in advance
