  2. I am so appreciative and happy with all of the mods that help us to create beautiful characters but the one thing that stands out to me are the low resolution ears. Are there any ear mods? If so, could someone direct me to them? Is this an issue for anyone else? Is the ear problem fixed by using citrus heads or some other mod?

There was one thing that I REALLY loved in the Riverwood showcase video for Unreal Engine 5 and that was the 3D thatch roofs shown in the video and I thought to myself that, at least for the roofs, it wouldn't take too many polies to make a slightly 3D roof kind of similar to the ones show. A few offset v shaped planes to give it some variance. A decent thatch looking texture with opacity. A couple different planes made for large patches of moss, and underneath would still have the base texture to fill in the gaps and keep it blended. It just seems like something like that may be able to be achieved without to much if barely any performance hit. It doesn't have to be to the awesomeness scale of that, just something to make the roofs look less flat besides just using parallax Reference video to what I am talking about

  5. Does anyone know if there are any guides on either porting heads from other games to Skyrim or just straight up creating sculpted heads in 3D NOT using the sliders in Racemenu? I was able to get the sculpt of another game character head in, somewhat by moving the vertices to the right spots. But part of the problem I'm running into is that since the eye sockets of the ported head are lower than the vanilla head, the eyes are still inside of the skull. This would be an easy fix in 3D if there wasn't a somewhat ridiculous offset in the 3D. For Reference, I'm using the High Poly head.   6. Anyone know of some resource out there that offers free downloads of primitive shapes, like cubes, tubes, spheres, pyramids, triangles etc, in whatever format NifSkope will accept directly for import (I guess .obj)? I currently just need a tube (sealed) to shove into the ground. Gratefully, RC
  7. Hi Folks, Having a strange problem i can't figure out. If i create a new model for the game, it goes in fine, shows just fine, snaps, has correct mats etc.. But if you walk too close or look at it from certain angles it just vanishes. I get the same problem adding new verts to existing vanilla geo, but not altering existing verts. ANY help appreciated. I want to make so many things to go in-game but this is obviously a total show-stopper.
  8. I'd like to see some mods that completely change/overhaul Peter/Spidey's 3D character model, particularly the face and musculature. I personally think that the musculature for Spider-Man in this game looks awful and both the PS4 and PS5 versions of Peter don't resemble Peter, and they do not look good to me at all, nor do the face models of the other characters for that matter.   9. Hello, I'm a tech artist in Unreal engine, so not a total noob. I've tried finding a way to have my custom armor in Bannerlord, but I haven't found a topic discussing that :( I've seen there are armor mods, so I wonder how they do it?   10. hey, I wanted to know if someone could tell me how to get a dragon ball xenoverse 2 map to open in blender, I want to use them as a base to edit them for an animation and there is no way to get them in the correct format. If someone could tell me how to do it or get me the maps I need, they are conton city, time nest, west city destroyed, the city center and the interior of the time nest.
  11. So, 3d artist here. Due to medical issues Ive got some time on my hands and been playing fallout4 a bunch. So I wanted to give something back to the community who makes the game actually playable. Im offering my skills to make basic models with textures for free. So stuff like static props, vehicles (not rigged), furniture, building parts, trees, etc. Chuck me a drawing, description reference image of something you would like. - if it needs to be a particular size, give me a reference object to match it (.obj is best) Youll get a simple .obj file and textures for you to convert to whatever format you need to, you will probably need to scale and maybe flip axis on it, I don't have alot of experience modding fallout4 lol so you'll have to handle the importing process. I'm a 3d modeller with a couple of decades of experience in game modding and games but due to medical issues I may vanish for weeks at a time. but I remember how hard it used to be to get free assets back in 2008 when I started modding games and figured eh, I'm sure someone is begging for some 3d stuff. Understand that anything I make is free to the community and not just yours. They will be unique so no asset flips or stuff yoinked from games so they do take a little time to make including unwrapping and textures. Now, if someone really badly wants something more advanced, with rigging, multiple textures, all that jazz, ill think about it if you want to ask but I can't guarantee ill be able, rigged stuff is so much more aggravating to make.   13. I would like to have a RESETWEIGHT command to reset the NPC'S 3d state It would work like this: 1. Select a NPC (Lydia for example) 2. Type RESETWEIGHT 3. A script runs SNPCW command and "auto-complete" with the ReferenceID of the selected object (in case of Lydia: 000A2C94) 4. Done It would also be nice to reset all NPCs 3D state, but this isn't totally necessary

Trying to work with a recon scope for the .44 magnum as a 3d object in the world, but for some reason when I drop it out of my inventory or just spawn it near me, its a floating, uninteractable, unscrappable object. I can walk through it, shoot through it, it's as if it isn't even there. Any idea why? The 'box of parts' that it was before worked perfectly fine.

Dear users, I've recently been curious about an idea of extracting my Fallout 4 character model with possible mods to SFM, to pose it and etc. What I mean is I need my preset to be on a female character model with CBBE mod. Sounds deliriously, I know. Is it possible? I've already discovered B.A.E. and niftools/nifscope. However, I don't know where to find the preset I need. Talking about mods, I think it's okay, because I don't need them to be extracted directly from the game, just downloaded from Nexus, converted and modified in blender.   20. Greetings! I'm looking for someone who's a bit more skilled at 3ds Max. I'm making my 3d stuff (well, at least trying too) in Cinema 4D, its easier on my hand and by sense in the use but there is not a lot tutorial about the 3d part of it so its a lot of trial and error to get somewhere. Lot of people said that I should do 3ds Max instead, but its really strange for me and not really can get around in it. I tried looking for some vids to learn but didn't found any good tutorial (didn't really tried hard enough though). So thats what lead to the current obsticle, I have custom models which i got from here and there, but really need to modify it to make it work with games. I want to finally do something with them, turn into mods at least while learn something in the progress. But for a lot of them the most sensical thing is to use 3ds Max because of the versatility Currently I want to turn a character's outfit into an outfit in Fallout 4. I know about the Modding part but the model need some work and such. I hope someone will help me, and maybe tell me a thing or two in 3ds Max.

So after a brief search on the forum and an extensive search in the actual fo4 files i was wondering if the unique named weapons such as the Last Minute and The Deliverer are in the model files as their own unique items or are just a mashup of the parts and named. i would like to extract the 3d model of the Last Minute and 3d print it/ build it for a cosplay
  22. My problem is basically what the title says. I want to create a new floor tile for the workshop mode. I do my 3d work in blender. So far, I have been able to export it to 3ds max from where I export it again as a .nif file. I copied the branches of the new nif file into the file of an existing floor tile and removed the old model. All parts of my model have the following branches: BSTriShape >BSLightingShaderProperty >BSShaderTextureSet My problem is with the textures: I have done the UV mapping in blender, yet the coordinates somehow seem to get lost on their way to nifscope, where the textures do not show up and the surfaces stay white. I do not have any experience with UV mapping in 3ds max, but got far enough to see the UV editor and play around a bit in it and placing the faces all across the board, I was able to get the texture onto the nif object after exporting. HOWEVER, I do not want to do all the UV mapping from scratch again, 1st because I am not familiar with the controls of 3ds max and basically have zero workflow there, 2nd because copying and pasting the UV coordinates vertex by vertex would take ages, just like doing it all over again would (I got a whole tileset in the making and most objects are more complex than a floor tile). So my question is if there is any way to make sure vertices keep their UV coordinates throughout this conversion chain from blender to 3ds max to nifscope. Thanks in advance already.
  23. I need some help with a standalone gun for Fallout 4. I'm planning on adding the famous Auto 9 Pistol from the two films Robocop and Sin City, but I can't figure out how to use nifskope nodes to make my 3D models into an in-game weapon. Could someone with more experience/talent take over for this last portion of this small project?   24. Hey There, So I am trying to create a Giddyup Buttercup Companion using the existing model/mesh from the game. I have stretched it and (mostly) gotten it so that it should be able to work with the RadStag skeleton (I will have to modify the skeleton, though, probably, which will be another problem). The problem I am running into right at the moment, though, is getting the blocks to match up. I have searched the wiki exhaustively, and youtube, and I cannot seem to find the information I need to convert the Blocks from the Giddyup Mesh to the Blocks from the RadStag Mesh. I am running Nifskope 2.0 Pre-Alpha 5 (every other version I have tried crashes on my system as soon as I try to Open or Import anything, even in Compatibility Mode). I have found guides/tutorials, but either the options they mention do not seem to be there, or (like with expanding Children) doesn't seem to allow me to edit it for that particular Block. Any help to make it so that I can put the resized/reshaped model into the game and gauge its Wonkiness Level would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)
  25. Trying to export uncooked W2MESH files for use in Blender, ModKitchen successfully handles the export but the mesh just appears as a cube in Blender. Anyone else see something like this or know how to fix it? Using the latest ModKit and ModKitchen 1.0.1
