Hello, I want to make this game look and play like it was released 2022, or 2015. Can anyone please recommend any mods onsite and offsite, especially any I might have not heard of? P.S. If there is a mod/download/way to make this game run as/like 64 bit on Windows, please tell me!

What if the modding community decompiles the base New Vegas executable (.exe file) and compile it again in x64 bit. This would make it so the amount of RAM is technically unlimited, which would boost performance considerably. I've searched stack overflow and this is possible with a compatible debugger to decompile the 32 bit .exe and recompile it into a 64 bit .exe. Of course this has a lot of fine print that I would like to know about so if anyone knows about this please comment.
