This is my first time trying to mod on PC, and I'm not the most computer literate, so this may just be an easy fix. I'm trying to install a mod collection on Nexus for Stardew Valley, and vortex is saying that it cannot access the location of one of the dependencies because it's write protected. Again, not very familiar with computers so I'm not sure what this means. I included a screenshot of the popup so you can better see what I'm trying to say. Does anyone know how I can correct what's going on? Not sure if it matters but I JUST got this pc, as in I finished building it yesterday. Thank you!

I am currently trying to get back into fallout and wanted to start fresh so i went down my mod list and uninstalled every mod one by one (deleting all archives as well) until my list was empty. I then downloaded a small starter mod collection (fo4 essentials) and I'm now stuck with a fo4 fps physics fix that i can't edit, interact with, or delete. its a inaccessible empty file. attached are the responses of what nexus and my computer keep telling me. I'm pretty slow when it comes to instructions but if anyone has ANY ideas on how to fix this please share! I've tried looking up solutions and none seem to be the issues I'm having.

Common practice for sites that allow any form of automated incoming traffic is to have a "robot.txt" policy document regarding that, somewhere near the root URL. Does Nexusmods have one?

Hey there, So I am trying to make a door which has to be activated by a terminal in order to be unlocked. I want to have it so that the player has to have/insert a holotape in order to access the menu to unlock the door. How would I go about this? Thanks!

Hello skilled modders, to press the key to toggle the quick acess menu to select signs or bombs and then press the key again to exit menu, takes a lot of time and interrupts the combat, it'd be awesome to make this menu just like the witcher 2, holding the key select and release key, makes combat way more fund dynamic, faster, thanks to everyone who are making mods for this game :smile: you make an awesome work, keep it up

Hey, I was just asking a simple question whether sharing a before paid mod was fine (Arissa) Which is gone from basically everywhere. Its a total douche move to ban me from chat. I wasn't even sharing the file. I was just asking before doing it. I would understand if you ban me for sharing the file... BUT I HAVEN'T EVEN SHARED ANYTHING! Im simply asking a question. If its about piracy, well you could have simply said "No you cannot share that file cause it'd be wrong" instead of banning me from chat.

LE Werewolf Replacer MCM Thingy (Change Replacers In Game)

Hey, So i dont know if its possible. but i have about 30 different Werewolf replacers all of which i love but its really tedious having to load skyrim sync all 110 mods i have and take one off and put another on. So i was wondering, using SkyUI's MCM Menu Thing. if you could make a MCM That allows you to change your WW Replacer in game. E.G if I had Apex Werewolf, DragonMan And A White Werewolf Replacer All Active. I Can use a MCM In Game To Switch From Apex To DragonMan Then To White Werewolf A Few Days Later. Without Deselecting Them From My Active Mods. Is It Possible? Anyone Want To Have A Shot? (Reuploaded Because I Messed Up The Title) -

Let's say I wanted to make it possible to access the inventory of the people in Big Town only during the point after rescuing Red (and Shorty) and before Big Trouble in Big Town ends. How would I set up the topics and what should the conditions look like? Thank you in advance.

I've redownloaded Vortex and Skyrim Special Edition in order to play again. Whenever I download any mod it sends me through the endless loop asking me the same questions over again. I've deleted and redownloaded both countless times but nothing seems to be working. Has anyone came across the same issue in this forum or by themselves and found the fix? Any help would be appreciated.

I been shut out of Vortex with this message: Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have appropriate permissions to access the item. I am using admin account It is not the antivirus I already try the properties and got the same message I already try to unistall the program but got the same message.
