Before I start this! Yes, I posted this beforehand... this is a doublepost, right? I can't find a way to delete my old post. I needed to fix up the title and tags, so... that's a thing. If a mod reads this, please do me a favor and close/delete the other post. It'd be much appreciated! Hi! So, I recently got back into Skyrim, due to wanting to re-experience the game again. And so, what better way to do so other than mod it a bit? I wanted to mainly mod it to look astonishingly better. And so, I've installed a few mods to help with that. However, it appears whenever I use ApachiiSkyHair (and possibly others, I believe?) my game CTDs on the way to Helgen, usually as the wagon stops moving. I would just decide to use only the Full version of ASH, rather than Full, Male, and Female - however, the NPC Overhaul mod requires all three in order to work, which I really wanted, as the current NPCs are just plain out boring and scraggy. Mind you, this is Skyrim, not SSE. I have the Legendary Edition. To add more info, I disabled most mods to get to the part just before you customize your character, and then saved. Then I went back with all of the mods active, and it froze when the character creation screen popped up and then CTDed me. It's still doing this. I'll list pretty much all of my info here. At first, I got these put together, went in, and the game crashed when the wagon stopped moving in Helgen. So I disabled them all and enabled them 1-by-1, and starting a new game each time to see which mod did this. I didn't enable them in order by the way. But when I got to enabling ApachiiSkyHair, it froze, then crashed, and multiple errors continued. I updated it at that point to the best of my ability, and I'm not sure what to do. I don't know what errors there are here, but... I use LOOT to sort my Load Order, so. Any tips would be greatly appreciated, or even if I should delete certain mods and reinstall them in a certain order that you know of. I know I have to install Verdant after SFO, but I didn't realize that until after, so... things like that would be useful knowledge. Thanks!

I started to have this issue when I moved SSE from my D: drive to my C: drive. I would have just kept the game on the D: drive but none of the combat sounds worked. Everyone said to move the game to C: so I did. The combat sounds fixed, but then other issues popped up! At first, the NPCs were not black and their hair was just a shiny silver or purple color if they had their hair changed by diversity to an apachiiskyhairmale or apachiiskyhairfemale hairstyle. I'm pretty sure the apachiiskyhairfull styles worked fine on my character and on the NPCs, as well as the vanilla hairstyles. I tried to unistall and reinstall diversity and the apachiiskyhair mods and this is when the NPCs started to had the dark face glitch and no hair I believe. I uninstalled all of my mods accept for The Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch, exported all the actors in CK, and then the game was fine. I reinstalled all the mods and it came back again. I am a noob to this so please don't hold it against me if I did something really stupid. I realized that a possible reason for this issue is that I am using Nexus Mod Manager and it is still on my D: drive? I'm not sure. I appreciate any help I kind of just want to play Skyrim!

I heard I need to press z to export her face, but nothing happens when I do that. I've already tried resetting the shout key to default. Any help?

I think it's covering up all the hairstyles on the left. This only happened after a downloaded the female hair pack, I haven't checked if the male hair pack covers up hairs added by other mods, but my male character's hair from ponytail hairstyles in intact, so I'm not sure. I'm just going to deactivate all apachii hair except the main pack now, but if anyone could help out, it would be great. EDIT: Tried playing my game with only the main file of apachii loaded alongside the other hair mods, they're still missing. They were working before; I don't know what happened. EDIT: Tried redownloading the mods, but it doesn't work. This is actually probably related to another problem I'm having, where manually downloaded files don't even show up in the load order. I'll probably have to re-install Skyrim, which i had to do anyway. I've never done it before, and I can't do it yet because I need a new hard drive. Which sucks. I just hope that my other savegame still has his hair (since the hair from the disappearing mods still works with him for some reason. If it doesn't anymore, I will be quite pissed.)

Ok i know this is a whole Dragonsreach full of sweet rolls to ask... I am asking a modder or the Arrow and Knee team themselves to make a mod that converts all or most of Apachii Sky Hairs to HDT hair with physics and all. This project seems like one of Skyrims biggest projects in my mind. I realize how big this would be, as a modder i would very much appreciate however much you can do and i'm sure everyone else would want to lick you (not me cause i dont do that). I really wanted this because i enjoy HDT Hair Physics, but i only know of two hairs on the nexus....... Not enough i think. So anyone who thinks they could tackle this would be the next Talos -Jake, author of Dark Dungeons and The Honored Dead

I'm fairly new to Skyrim modding and use Mod Organizer. I have recently installed Apachii sky hair (with the extra female hairstyles) along with the npc overhaul. I've also installed a mod that let's you marry Adrianne Avenicci by changing her relationship status with Ulfberth, from what i know this mod is just a simple esp and nothing else. My issue is that when i activate the marriage mod apachii sky hair doesn't show up on Adrianne and instead i get the vanilla hair. Hi, I just have one small request. I love both the Lustmord Vampire armor and the Apachii Sky Hair mods, yet certain hairstyles seem to clip into the breasts of your character or an npc when wearing both the armor and when they have certain ASH hairstyles. I just wanted to ask someone to fix this, as the clipping goes right through the chest, is very noticeable, and very immersion-breaking. Thanks for reading.

so i recently wiped my computer and reinstalled windows 7 and was going around re installing all my mods most of them reinstalled no problem but when i try to reinstall Apachii Sky Hair and Dovahkinn Realxes Too it says 'C:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\Mods\ApachiiSkyHair_V_1_5_full_10168-1-5-Full.7z' already exists the old file can be replaced or the new file can be named 'C:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\Mods\ApachiiSkyHair_V_1_5_Full (2).7z' do you want to overwrite the old file ive tried saying yes at which point its says error registering file ive said no at which point it puts the download on pause ive tried canceling the download and loking to see if i can find a remnant of the old system files(i deleted all of them) somewhere and i cant find jack so if you guys could help me out id be apreciative

I've just recently began getting back into my game of Skyrim. I decided I wanted to get more involved and begin making followers of my own. After awhile I managed to get it down packed and made a few vanilla followers. Earlier today I tried making an Ashen follower. Everything was going great until I realized I couldn't take the hair off of the default. I've tried looking for fixes through google but I can't seem to find anything.

Is there anyone who know how to edit hair to make this hair from ApachiSkyHair Male Hair Pack to have all of the hair slicked back, not jus half? It would be amazing to use for an elf character.
