This is the first time this has happened to me. So I wanted my Dragonborn to live a normal life while adventuring, so I tried to get him married and adopt kids. However, before I could do that I needed to find a proper house to have kids. An abundance of installing mods later, I finished up some quests and tried to get settled. Unfortunately, here comes the issue. When I try to purchase the children's bedroom, it says, "([...] Children's Bedroom)" I buy it, the steward takes my money, but the option is still open and it doesn't appear in my house. This happened in Breezehome, Vlindrel Hall, Honeyside, and Proudspire Manor. I dunno about Windhelm since I still haven't really visited there just yet, but the same issue probably lies there, too. It's weird because I also try to buy the furnishings that's replaced by the children's bedroom, but I can't buy them either. I have no idea if it's the mods I installed or what, and I've no idea how to show what mods I installed so people can figure out what the problem is. Unofficial Skyrim and Hearthfire Patch didn't really help me. Can somebody help me with this? Side Problem: If nothing else, I was hoping to move my spouse into Lakeview Manor. However, with the problem I have right now, I married my spouse and the option to move her into Lakeview wasn't present, only the above mentioned Vanilla homes. Strangely, I can get my kids to move in with me to Lakeview after I marry my spouse, and when I ask her to move somewhere else, she just closes the dialogue option and walks off. I think it's because of the To Have and To Hold mod, and I thought a few mod fixes I found could've fixed it, but it didn't.

Can someone please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease make a mod that gives Josephine and the Inquisitor a bedroom love scene?!EVERYONE ELSE gets one except her and Solas. :( I thought it was pretty unfair of Bioware to just exclude 2 people from getting actual bedroom scenes, where it is implied they consummated their relationship. And I only recently found this out, and I was so excited to get my implied sex scene. But no. :\ If anyone, anyone at all can find it their heart to just try :'( I have no expectations or hopes for this being possible since I realize DAI is rather hard to mod. But I cried over this, ok. I don't care if you think I'm a pathetic loser for being so upset over not getting a love scene with Josephine, but she was the only one I wanted to romance. I have absolutely no interest in any of the other NPCs and one of the biggest reasons I play Dragon Age is for the romantic scenes and such. (Note: I said ONE of. Its not the only reason.) So please, I am begging someone, anyone! D': From one diehard lonely nerd to another, please, please, please. Try to make a love scene for Josephine and the Inquisitor. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease  (If no one wants to try, then can anyone at least tell me how I would go about making such a mod? I have the DAI modding tool, but hell if I know how to use it. I'm sure I could figure out how to mod armors and small things like that on my own. But if anyone can just point in the right direction, I will try this myself. Like just tell me how I would start on such a thing, or what files I would need to load into the modding tool, you know beginner stuff like that. I am determined so any tips or advice would be really great if no one cares to bother themselves with this. :( Seriously, please someone help me make this possible! *cries in a corner*) [sorry for the long text btw.]

as said in the title im looking for a medium size house mod that features many bedrooms for many followers/wives/kids. and by many i mean 15-20 easily would be nice if the house could be gotten early in the game aswell as feature all crafting stations and a herb garden/farm house (for animals like deer, cows, chickens). a bunch of chests would be helpfull aswell (5-10) and it must be for the base game no dlc its doubtable that anyone isnt a thane by the time they can get married so i would be fine with it having you need to be thane of whiterun.

Something to add a bit of flavor to each of the homes, remove the build options for the left-hand bedroom, or the right-hand bedroom (Should you have built the Master bedroom wing), in the Hearthfire homes. Model them after some of the hold themes, with a bit more comfort and personality, based on the Housecarl.

So after mucking around with some mods on steam (without knowledge about the importance of the order of the data files) I downloaded 40 or so mods. However, I found out that I can get even better mods from here so I started to download and install stuff not knowing what I was doing. Then stuff started to happen my account started to f up, and now my children's room is gone (in breezehome). It is just empty with no beds, door or anything. I usually wouldn't mind but this might mean that other things are removed from the world. Please help me I feel very agitated and don't want to play until I get this fixed. Note: Skyrim unofficial patch (that I downloaded from steam) was taken down for some reason and I think this was the cause but I don't know what do because I don't know how to download mods from here.

I ran into a frustrating bug today. Days ago I had another issue and reverted back to an older save. When reloading from an earlier save everything worked out fine but now I've run into this small but annoying bug, when I try to get the childrens bedroom furnishing for Hjerim, I spend the coin but I get nothing. Strangely enough the furnishing shows up as (...) in price. Information: I beat the civil war quest for the imperials side I'm able to buy other furnishings like (clean up the mess.) Children's bedroom doesn't have a define price, it shows up as (...) all childrens bedrooms do this, I don't remember if this was normal. I do not have any mods that conflict with housing. BOSS log. (just in case) Additional information: RND_DawnGuard,HearthFire,Dragonborn patch are water patches for Realistic Needs and diseases, and should therefore not conflict with the unofficial patches.

I can't be the only one this bothers. When I added the bedroom wing to my Lakeview home, my room and the kids room are one. This is a large, expensive house, and the kids couldn't get their own room? There's already two doors! :wallbash: All I'm asking for is a wall to be added right through the middle. Maybe as an option instead of the table that is oddly in the room. I'd settle for a large partition. Please and thank you. :D

I would love a plot to use in existing buildings and custom builds, there is the interior plot but I get get that to play nicely with the bedrooms in Sanctuary. Just a sensor and a bed, variants based on Single, Double, Bunk and theme such as Pre-war, Military, Vault, Institute would only be a bonus but I just want something that will work in buildings that already exist or you want to have multiple assigned plots/bedrooms. Also good for Homeplate and Creation Club apartments.
