Hi guys. I have a problem.. After a long time I installed the game and some mods.. I had mods before too, but I never had a problem. Now i have a problem that, when i launch game, everything is ok, I can easily create a character, but when i start the game, when the story begins, i can hear storyteller (narrator), i see subtitles, but all is in black screen..No image...This happens only when i start playing as Cousland. When i start playind as Mage ro Dwarf everything is ok.. I tried to delete mods, one by one, to find out which mode is problematic, but no change so I did not find the answer..where the problem might be? This is my mode list.. The game crashes before the Bethesda logo, when i open it, just black screen, and i have to ctrl +alt +del to close it. Loot isn't pointing any kind of missing .esp in the mods, (it isn't a problem with my pc cuz i tried without any mods and it worked) Just can't figure out what mod is causing the crashes. EDIT1: Removed A Little Sexy Appareal Replacer manualy and the game is working for now

Hey, I have been having a black screen every time I try to start New Vegas. It is very heavily modded and I know that I need to get rid of some of the mods but I was wondering if anyone could help me merge together some of my plugins so I do not have to delete as much. I believe I need to have 137 Plugins in total to be stable so I need to merge 33 of my mods, any help will be appreciated. Hey; I have modded my Fallout New Vegas and have many mods but recently after adding some mods to my 137 I have not been able to start the game. I know this is because of going over the mod limit of 137 ,but I would like someone to help me preferably over Skype or in a message merge my esps/plugins so I can keep all/most of my mods. help, when i play fo:nv modded, i get a bug that appears a message with some options about a prisioner whne i make a new save, and when i play i hear a zombie sound and then hud goes while screen fades to black, and then screen returns to normal but 2 seconds later that happends again and again. I have tried reinstalling fomm, mods, the game, etc i have a little idea that the mod that casues that bugs, but i errased them long time ago, adn i dont haved that bug but few days ago it happened. i dk what to do, plz help me

So I've used NMM to install a bunch of mods, but the weird thing is i've started a new game, i'm using Alternate Start. I can hear the audio for a quest starting and i can type in the console, but the screen is entirely black? EDIT - Has been solved

Hi there! I'm new to the whole mod scene and am trying to get vortex to work for me so i can use mods for the first time with skyrim SE PC! I've downloaded vortex a few times but each time i try to open it the screen comes up totally black! I dont know if its an issue with my computer or how im downloading it, but i just use the manual one click install. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

So i'm getting really annoyed by this error that has been happening a few weeks ago. It can be from some mod because this started happening when i started playing with mods, the error happens randomly, im playing normaly and from nowhere i hear a crash sound and when i try to minimize the game is in blackscreen like if it was borderless and the mouse doesn't even appear on screen meaning that i can't turn off the game with task manager and the only way to turn off them game is by signing out, and by this, i can't see what's the error I use windows 8 (i know it sucks), but i don't think that's the problem, i also have the legendary version so maybe it can be a problem from one of the DLC's or from a mod I've searched everywhere but it I didn't found anyone with the same problem Does anyone know the solution or has the same problem? I also have another problem where the game just randomly crashes to desktop with no error though i've read that can be of a corrupt mod and i wonder if the problem above is related?

My Skyrim ver.1.9 is stuttering (especially outside of Solitude) and giving black screen.My PC doesn't turns off, just the screen for a few moments! Here's a print of all my mods installed: http://fc04.devianta...ael-d7envfb.png As you can see, I don't use heavy texture mods, but still my game lags a lot near solitude and major holds.By the way, my GPU is an ASUS GTX 550 Ti (1GB) and I played Skyrim without that terrible stuttering for months (with the same mods). I already tried to disable all my mods, but didn't made a difference. My Skyrimprefs.txt is as default, my NVIDIA drivers are updated and I did tried to roll back the previous drivers, but no luck. I even formated my system, so don't bother about these things. I've tried Hialgo's boost, background boost, Skyrim Project Optimization, lowering the graphics settings (everything), reinstalled Skyrim from scratch, set Vsync off (or "adaptative" in NVIDIA control panel) and turned mouse acceleration off, but the stutter stays.My GPU is not overheating and all the problem just happens on Skyrim. I have The Witcher 2, Metal Gear Rising Revengeance, BF4 and Assassin's Creed IV running quite well on the same PC.

Hi guys, yesterday i brought home my new assembled pc, I have installed the graphic card drivers, downloaded some programs and all the things you do after buying a new pc. I have installed Steam, then downloaded Skyrim e after Nexus mod menager. I have downloaded the mods that I usually used, but when I'started to play after some minutes the screen became black but I can still listening the audio.. i have retried unistalling some mods but this problem is still going on.. Hi everyone. I am having a problem with my Skyrim. I get a black screen whilst walking anywhere in the world. It lasts for a couple seconds, and then it returns to the game. The mods and DLCs that I am running are as follows in load order: Unofficial Skyrim Patch Dawnguard Unofficial Dawnguard Patch Hearthfires Unofficial Hearthfire Patch Dragonborn Unofficial Dragonborn Patch HighResTexturePacks 1, 2, 3 Unofficial High Resolution Patch SkyUII downloaded the patches thinking that they would help. My PC's specs are: Pentium 4 Dual-Core CPU E5700 3.0GHz, Zotac Nvidia GeForce GTS 450 GDDR 5 1024MB, 6144MB of RAM, Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit. I know I have a super old CPU but it runs most games quite well.

Hi, I have Skyrim Special Edition and I have run into a wall. A very annoying black wall of infinite loading. I run Steam as Admin, I have Skyrim se running in windows 7 admin and compatibility mode as a way to "fix" it and since I'm here asking for help it of course it didn't work. I have mods installed - 31 active mods according to NMM. I will post them and my load order below in case someone sees something wrong. I do in fact have Script Extender for Special Edition (a no brainer). My Driver X etc is up to date and installed. I run skyrim, I hit play, I hit Continue and or load my previous game. I have a loading screen with sound and expected loading screen pictures aaannnnddd then black screen. I have sat for 30mins to almost an hour thinking it might load but it never did. I can not even close and have to sign out using Ctrl Alt Delete sign out. The only way I can play is to select new game and I can still never load a save game. Even if I am playing with my new Character and I save and load it goes to a loading screen with sound/pictures and then black screen again. I have spent at least 3 hours on YouTube looking for answers as well as more time on forums, tried everything even reinstalling Skyrim 2x. It has been 2 weeks without results. I am now as depressed as the black screen of loading boredom. My specs and related info are: Inspiron 7559 Ram 7.88 GB usable 64-bit Operating System, x68-based processor Windows 10 Pro Intel HD Graphics card ( Intel Core i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz) Processing speed 2592 MHz Resolution 1920 x 1080 I also have NVIDIA I like using my Xbox controller with my PC instead of keys. I have turned off the overlay with that.
