  1. hey there, ive got an idea but im not a mod creator. is there someone that kan recreate the N-Largo kit for the 812 superfast from Novitec? the sound that comes with this vehicle is insane! my second question is if there is someone that can make a 812 comp mod? greetings from Holland1
  2. All these super cars are sweet and amazing, but we need more trucks!! Specifically, I would kill for a Modern Ford Bronco (2dr would be preferred) not the raptor but maybe as an option. It could be either Factory or nomad style. thoughts?
  3. Could someone please try to make the Rayfield Excalibur a drivable vehicle? It's the luxury AV limousine. It would be super cool to drive that thing around and if I could pair it with car fly mod ahhh!!
  4. Vehicle Headlights after the 1.5 update no longer have the option to be switched between Normal, High-Beam(or Auxilliary) or OFF. Now it's just ON/OFF. It would be so cool if there's a way to retun that removed functionality, as I've seen quite a bit of posts both on Nexus and Reddit addressing that issue, breaking immersion for some, me included. Thank you in advance if someone is willing to do it!
  5. Does anyone know if this is even possible? Especially with the game performing "despawning" of vehicles after main-story missions get completed? I keep finding Modding guides, but they are all about textures, not game-world/gameplay modification. If anyone would be able to give me a push in the right direction?.. I'd love to make this happen :-)
  6. Hi, I have a question, is there a mod that allows you to have more than 25 cars bought/won in career mode? I've searched everywhere and apparently there is nothing like this on any mod page, is it very difficult to create it?

Vehicles the "personal craft-able vertibird" mod (http://www.nexusmods...t4/mods/12135/?) gave me a helpful point to think about, its relies so heavily on the its Auto pilot effect that it makes too many mistakes and spazing through the map mad me realize all the more so that i wanted to be able to pilot it myself. Robot WORK BENCH STYLE FRAMEWORK there's a point i hope is implemented in any car mod we get, i really hope its possible, but its would be best (i imagine) if it could be a variation of the Robot workshop. If it were a workshop based system then it'd be far easier to mod its components, making it really feel like whatever car you have, its special, its signature and its all yours. I feel its an important enough point of structure to think about that i'll make another post with that title just to make it more obvious in the hopes that whoever is thinking of working on it that way will consider it....
  9. Ok this is a problem I haven't seen anything about, I've checked with numerous sources. The XRE Cars! mod works great with some minor faults. However I'm experiencing a problem with my keys! I loaded my save today and went outside to my car and I was locked out for some reason. So I checked my inventory and low and behold my keys were missing! So I checked my followers thinking maybe I accidentally gave them the keys... Nope! I activated pickpocket on every npc between the hotel and my car... NOPE! So I did what any one would do, I reloaded my last save and checked my inventory, and my keys were there. So I thought "good that fixed my problem it was a minor error" then I went back to the car and I was locked out again. Check my inventory, no keys. Loaded my last save and checked my inventory again... there are the keys. So this time I just went right outside the building and checked my inventory, no keys. What is going on? Now I would just use a cheat to get the caps to replace my car buuut I have alot of stuff in the trunk of that particular car that cannot be added with a code. What do I do to fix this?
  10. I am aware of the scrapper perk and shipments but I find it quite unbelievable that only certain types of electronic components give copper when they are scrapped. Last I checked ALL electrical gadgets have copper in them not just light bulbs, hot plates and circuit boards. Even in the Fallout universe where fusion has been harnessed you would still need copper to transmit power through every single mechanism. In reality cars would give a good amount of copper, houses would give A LOT of copper, radios, TV's, watches and all lights and light posts would give copper -even without bulbs, and when you scrap a conduit or some other item that requires copper to build, it only makes sense that you would get that copper back -but you don't. The things that do give you resources back short you for some strange reason. Bethesda put up a good effort hell they did an awesome job but I sense not many of the devs ever worked in construction, or took things apart for fun, if they had they would have realized copper is friggen everywhere. So it falls to the modders to pick up the slack, we need a more logical copper scrapping mechanic. On a side note it would be awesome if you could scrap resources from static objects, I keep coming across huge computer panels and static terminals in vaults and prewar ruins, and I always think "if only there were a prompt to scrap resources from this static object"

My requests: The Vamp outfit be changed to Solid Snake's outfit from Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes The newer Vespid be changed to a Shelby GT with classic maroon and white stripe paint job The toaster car (forget the name, but you know the one) be changed to a Honda Element Rogue outfit changed to Shay's default outfit from Assassin's Creed: Rogue Baton changed to Corvo's Blade from Dishonored The all-camo outfit (again, forget the name) made to match pattern and color Change Lucky Quinn to Al Capone (skin/mesh change, I think) Aiden's Apartment Safehouse restored

After doing a mission or crashing your Ultra-awesome-super car is gone after all the upgrades you did to it, also changing the default cars for the 3 main characters is a good idea.   16. Hi, you can call me Juice before we get any further English is not my first language but is currently the only one I know, so I WILL misspell something. Regardless, I am a moder and I love racing games. But what pissed me off the most is how no "good" racing simulators have open world maps. I want to change this, but i am inexperienced with code and modeling. I am vary well connected when it comes to music/soundtrack, and i do have a business plan. I am asking if there is anyone what wants to make a FREETOPLAY Driving sim with open world? Breaking it down i am actually asking if someone can make a mod tool (like fallout geck) for a driving game. As I mentioned before here is my game plan. 1. Get moding tool with good driving physics (hard part) 2. Build a HUGE map with Billboards (explained later). 3. Give out game for free, player will never have to pay anything ever. 4. Find businesses to buy ads on billboards 5. Give half the billboards to team that made the toolkit. 6. Open monthly contests for modelers creating cars, buildings,eca. and programmers upgrading engine/ AI. 7. Winners will be compensated somehow. 8. Open servers for players to have races on this open world map for credits (or whatever) I am very open to criticism and I have one more addition. I know a general manager (Boss) of a radio station and i could get the station playing ingame without worrying about royalty's. Please ask questions....
  17. If you are an owner of one, then you probably know why I started this thread, lol Yes its about that abhorrent hunk of metal known as the PowerShift transmission and all its woes. If you are not an owner, surely you've heard. If you haven't just do a google search for 'ford po-' and it will fill out the rest. You will see. I'm a car person. I understand the things better than most mechanics. Why don't I be a mechanic? Because I hate trying to get any of these new fangled failures of rolling tech shows to cooperate with me. The majority of issues experienced today are software issues. And I'm supposed to trust the advent of autonomous vehicles when we still can't get an autonomous standard transmission to act properly. I once knew everything about every car on the road. Seriously. Then I took up aviation. Had to learn a lot of new things and put my library of car knowledge aside. During that hiatus I missed out on DCT transmissions hitting the market. Simply put, they are manual-shift transmissions that operate their clutches and shifting mechanisms on their own. A computer handles the servos and actuators that move the clutch release and shift levers. See... I've never owned (or hardly driven) a car with an automatic transmission... until NOW. The Ford Focus hooked me somehow. I traded in my '02 Sentra SE-R which I loved the heck out of, but she was getting old.. and tired... I reasoned I should just buy a new car. And like a true 'murican moron I bought the Focus... ... I feel like the car gods are punishing me for trying an automatic... List your problems/known issues if you don't have one. Here are just a few of mine: 1) Take off? What's that? Oh when you press the accelerator and go? Nah takes up to 3 seconds, depending on how much you give it. More power means more delay. 2) Stalling. OMG the stalling 3) Inappropriate shift scheduling. Shifting into 6th while trying to ease up a hill behind grandma at <30mph 4) Which also means stalling 5) Loss of 'pull' during 3rd and 4th gears with constant accelerator input. upon reaching 5th gear, tangible acceleration is regained. 6) Driving at 65mph. Release accelerator. RPM falls to... WTF seriously 300RPM?! Also headlamps die due to insufficient alternator RPM. Hit accelerator. 2 whole seconds later, hard jerk, engine brought to redline.
  18. just an idea I think could be neat could fast travel work in cinematics? let's say you choose to fast travel somewhere in your car can we see a cinematic of the car on the road maybe running over a ghoul or some insect and then stopping at the location, and maybe every once in a while the car breaks down and will need to fixed by yourself before it's attacked by raiders it would need pre rendered in game cinematics but it could be far more immersive than just teleporting around it would need 3 cinematics per location #3 break down cinematic, 1 were some smoke is going into the air 1 of a tire being blown by a bullet of a raider, 1 of the car running out of gas #1 of the car rolling into each location # 1 where it arrives at each Location Maintaining the car would be crucial having a condition meter that decays whit each travel the lower the meter the higher the chance of an attack or break down. the car should probably be armored as to not show the driver say some blinder windows, like this, but made of steel, and in the front as well, the side windows just fully covered by steel plates Now I know there are efforts for there to be cars that the player can drive themselves, and while I'm happy to see them, i feel game is simply not meant to have cars you can drive; the game is too detailed and busy for it, driving won't look aesthetic and if it moves too fast you will run into loading issues, I just can't see driving being an enjoyable experience, if the cutscenes are controlled however the driving would look skillful and aesthetically pleasing say like this unfortunately customizing the car would not really be possible unless there was unique cinematics for each of the modified styles say a repaired a raider and an armored of a single car... okay im getting a bit too into it soo for your consideration Animated fast traveling Car, Thanks for reading you have all been absolutely wonderful, and pretty, very pretty ;-) Thanks.
  19. Is there a racing mod? If not can someone make one?? Using the little bubble cars found in fallout 4.. Addin a few race tacks around the map to earn caps or weapons.. Make the cars customisable.. Like a selection of perks weapons n paint.. ( rockets, minigun, nitro boost, assorted armours with varyin defence, speed ,handling etc), Could have it so when u win the final race the 'old champ' can become a companion that adds a perk and maybe win a classic racing driver outfit/armour (helmet, fireproof bodysuit, bladed steering wheel melee weapon) Also How about automatron chariot racing? Or just abilty to build n race robots? There is 1000s of race tracks we could have using alot of the existin locations.. Make this a reality someone please..

I'm trying to get a vehicle for FO4 to work, using M150's Raider Quad Bike to base mine on, as M150 very kindly says that other modders can use his mods as a base and I have no idea how to do it myself. (I've made vehicles for The Sims 2 and 3 in the past but this is my first attempt in FO4). It's almost working EXCEPT that for some reason the player character's POV is stuck at ground level throughout the whole ride! In The Sims games, the character's position would be adjusted by editing the object's rig in a purpose-made rig editor [but on further thought, maybe the rig is not the problem - see ETA below*], but in FO4 I don't know where to find the equivalent to that - I've tried tweaking things that looked like they might make a difference in Nifskope, but still get the same in-game result, and don't know where else I might find the variable that needs adjusting (maybe in the Creation Kit somewhere?). Here's a short YouTube clip to show what happens (yes, it's a very silly car, I make mostly quirky objects, ha ha. It's a FO4 remake of a car I made for The Sims 2 and 3): [video removed now that problem solved] As you see in the clip, the only time you actually see the character driving the car is when it goes off a cliff or similar; the rest of the time, her POV is dragging along the ground. If anyone can tell me what it is that needs tweaking to change the POV, I'd be very grateful. Thanks! ETA: Thinking about it further, I think this is not actually a rigging problem, because the character does appear in the right position when driving off of cliffs where she is visible in 3rd person view for a moment. The problem seems more likely to be with the camera's POV instead. Anyone know how to alter that? So frustrating to be so close except for that darned POV.

The only worthwhile news I can contribute this weekend is this: Bikes: Jorge Lorenzo, who had been a major contender for this year's world championship has had his hopes and bones mashed into a fine powder, after the grumpy Spaniard went head-over-handlebars while practicing for tommorow's Assen TT. Lorenzo was not seriously injured, but did sustain a broken collarbone. He is probably in hospital counting his lucky stars right now, given in most of his previous races at Assen, someone else has smashed into him and turned both him, and his hopes of victory, into red paste. Endurance: Le Mans has been and gone, and we've all lost a great driver in Allan Simonsen. This leaves Australia's Tekno racing deprived of a driver for this year's Bathurst 1000, the country's most prestigious race. Meanwhile, Australian Formula One ace Mark Webber, has announced his retirement from the sport will coincide with a new Porsche factory team, sponsored by megacorp Red Bull, to race in the 2014 LM24. F-1: Not much to report yet, save that Mark Webber has announced his retirement at the end of this year's season. Me, I've never heard of that record, but his time, 8:19:47, is pretty impressive for a deranged engineer in a hideously outdated, poorly made two-ton farmer's car. A pity it's still a whole 12 seconds slower than the current record for a stock hatchback.

  23. I just felt it was kind of a waste to have so much wide space and all the vehicles go at so slow a pace. ....I totally didn't intend for that to rhyme lol. Anyhow it'd be awesome if possible to adjust the top speed of the vehicles to something at least above 5 or 10 mph. Joy riding in a soldier infested desert. That'd be pretty sweet. :yes:
  24. I don't know about converting assets over to RAGE. Can somebody knowledgeable make a mod to put this car in the game??? And can you do custom handling??? I will endorse it if that means anything

Around 15 yrs ago there was a company called Tire Tagz trying to sell LED strips that attached to wheels to make glowing images over them when driving, seems this would be much more practical with 2077's hologram tech. With so many holographic clothing, weapon, item mods coming out every day it's a wonder this hasn't happened yet.
