WHAT IS ROCHEBERE? Rochebere is a large, bustling and cultural city on the borders of Skyrim, Cyrodiil and Hammerfell. The extensive city resides within a fertile and lushous valley that has been blocked off from the rest of Tamriel for nearly 200 years, and has thus grown forgotten and is nothing but a travellers' tale in Tamriel. The city includes a multiple-ending main storyline featuring several unique, cinematic and dynamic quests, which will lead you to climbing over rooftops, chasing foes through burning buildings and hiking up steep, snowy mountains. The mod also includes a handful of planned side-quests, miscellaneous objectives and activities to partake in, such as the archery contest, for example. As a player you will have the option to purchase several properties within Rochebere, including shops, taverns and landmarks to rent and of course your own player home in the city. All architecture in the mod follows a new lore-friendly 'Imperial' style that should feel familiar to Elder Scrolls fans.   4. So, for the quest Painting the Town, you can actually choose NOT to use green paint, and instead paint the wall Yellow or Blue. But even though Cans of Blood are a thing, as are Red ones (thanks to Far Harbour I believe), you cannot use them. So I was wondering if it would be possible for a mod to allow the use of those cans, and paint the wall Red, or if you are an edgy raider, Blood.

All Diamond City Security Officers are not wearing any armor. some also dont have any weapons and shoot invisible guns. this sometimes happens with raiders as well, but it happens every time with the diamond city crew. i was hoping that someone else had this problem and knew if there was a mod that fixed it, or caused it, so i could install/uninstall said mod. or if there was something in the inis i could edit to fix the problem. loot is not detecting any problems, and all the plugins work that ive added. ideas?
  6. here is a great idea for blackreach, after the dragonborn enters blackreach and opens a path there, the nords / mer start to understand the danger of the falmer race and decide to build a settelment with the help of the falmer prisoners there to stop the future invation of the falmer to the surface, hence the first human city is built in blackreach. there are some player home mods but not a whole city or something like that, that is the background to the mod. it can be a small quest line like "helgen reborn" or something that just happens after the dragonborn enters for the first time to blackreach.
  7. Hey there so how's it going.? I've never made anything other than simple follower mods back in Skyrim with the G.E.C.K. so doubt I could make this myself. I remember a City Of Ember mod being worked on in Fallout 3 but it got abandoned for one reason or another. But with the settlement building system built into the game it might be possible with other mods to make a decent looking City Of Ember mod for Fallout 4. The who idea of having a City Of Ember type settlement/community would very awesome. The clothing and building fit right in with the type of clothing used within the Fallout Lore.

I have an issue w/ the water in the Imperial City Market District ponds displaying a solid white texture <see attached image> I'm using Better Cities w/ the relevant compatibility patches for Unique Landscapes, if that makes a difference. My load order: Active Packages/Installers: Can anyone point me in the right direction on how I can fix this? I tried uninstalling Enhanced Water w/ clean save and deleting my Oblivion.ini to generate a fresh one-- but the issue persists.
  9. Hi guys, I present to you my new project. I started some days ago and there is a lot of work to do. I have a lot of ideas in mind and the goal of this project is to enhance the exterior of Whiterun, that is extremelly empty and badly done. Some things are definitive and others are temporary. I ask you to look at the pictures and tell me your opinion. I am aware that there will be incompatibilities, especially with some famous mod. If you have any questions, ask me.   10. Anyone who lives in the UK, by chance you might have heard of the TV programme 'Filthy Cities'. The mini series that exposed the true light of how 'filthy' cities were pre-modern times. This has given me an idea for a massive project, which I have to say that I could not do alone due to my zero modding experience (I find it difficult to even make a basic follower). I have always felt that Skyrim was way too clean, and with the mods 'Realistic Needs and Diseases' and 'Bathing In Skyrim', this feeling just got more intense, especially with the tanning industry being so utterly revolting, putrid and vile, the fact that tanning racks are just out in the open with nothing to wash anything away is just weird to me. So my idea is to make a realistic, 'disgusting' overhaul for skyrim's cities. I'm talking open sewers and all that crap (hahah see what I did there), as people used to have to walk on mini stilts so they didn't step in the entrails of farm animals, along with urine, excrement and other questionable substances (I'm a bit of a history nerd). As I have realised that non of the cities, excluding perhaps Riften, have had overhauls that make them 'realistic' or just plain gross. I am aware that this would be a massive undertaking but with guidence I would be willing to do this myself (preferably with help, this needs to be done well or it won't work obviously). If you take the recent 'Holds The City Overhaul' version of Falkreath, and stick open sewers and all that is basically what I'm thinking of (with the variety of the cities of course, and no plagerism) I have pictures I have drawn as a reference so if this is to be made then I will share them. To be honest if anyone even contemplates this idea I would be ecstatic.   11. Is it possible to make an underwater city, like an Atlantis in Skyrim mod? Not a mere flooded city, but a real live active city encapsulated in an air bubble or something. To be honest, the skyrim seas are hardly used in the game, the game doesn't even allow underwater combat anymore like it did in Oblivion. But think about it could involve some quest deep down, discovering maybe a forgotten or last sanctuary for the dwemers. Where they escaped deep underwater in one big mechanical dome that keeps them alive. Or you could start with some argonians or sailors telling of a myth or legend of a giant sea creature, that's been felling some ships, but turns out to be one big dwarven automaton guarding the entrance to the great underwater city. Originally intended to protect the entrance from outsiders/invaders, but has since gone rogue, and in turn trapped the Dwarves deep underwater instead. Some cool back story if you ask me. Not sure if it'll be lore friendly, but you can't really be lore friendly to a part of the lore that was left untold can you now? So, any thoughts? :D
  12. Wouldn't it be nice if the jarls somehow planned something to combat the dragon threat. Imagine if we could have ballistas in every hold. How it can be done, one, a retexture of the dwarven ballista's to make it look like it belong to the city, probably made of steel, et c. 2nd, an interactable machine, much like those stationary ballista's you find in dwemer ruins, where you'll have to pull a lever to shoot, it's the aiming mechanism that needs work if ever. 3rd, a mount, probably like one of those tank mods out there except that it's a ballista and it's stationary. Then there's the matter of quite weak dragon skin, it should be as hard as mithril, but that is another matter. "These arrows cannot pierce its hide. I fear nothing will."   16. You know that big sundial that was used for part of the Dawnguard quest? Well I know that once upon a time, sundials like that one (maybe not quite as large) were the go-to way for telling the time, by using the shadow the sun casts from the pointy thing. So it seems rather odd to me that of all the town mods there have been made, that none of them put a sundial in the main square of various towns. It seems so simple, but yet nobody ever does it. I think it's time sundials are made a thing in Skyrim. On a side note I think I remember that when the sun wasn't shining bright, (be it night time or simply overcast), that people back then also had candles with markings every inch or so in their homes that counted down the hours via the remaining amount of candle. Just in case some modder wants to expand on this as well. :3
  17. Hi, so far Spouse Life by Ekkii does a similar thing, but the mod has been abandoned, and it only applies for Whiterun, and doesn't cover housecarls. So what I thought was maybe just make a schedule for spouses so they can still visit inns or something if it's not possible for them to open an actual store and have housecarls follow them when they aren't following the Dragonborn, which could probably be done with modifying their schedule to mimic the spouse's when there is one, with minor differences. It sounds simple for me but I'm not a modder so I wouldn't really know. If it was simple that mod I mentioned earlier would be probably more complete. Thanks for reading.
  18. I think this request would be hard to created. But I think it will be great if someone can make this city. A harmless dwemer city, in a large cave which have size equal with two area on skyrim. There is a centurion as royal guard, a dwarven spider as miner, and a dwemer sphere as city guard. Also, I want there is a citizen include dark elf, snow elf (falmer), orc, wood elf, breton and other races live in this city. Also, when the automaton is killed by player, they soon reappear (such as reinforcements) from one place in this city and go to the area that is in danger.   19. While I was exploring in Blackreach, an idea came to my head. Someone should make a mod where you can turn Blackreach into a city where npcs live, something similar to helgen reborn. There should be a quest where you have to wipe out all the falmer and other hostile creatures in Blackreach. Then, you have to do some quests that involve repairing buildings and making it suitable to live there. The silent city (city in the middle of blackreach) could be a place to start off. After all the quests, you become the Jarl of Blackreach and get a large player home. I realize this mod will take a lot of time and effort to make, but it seems possible.
  20. Does anybody know if there are any mods available for making some of the characters in Arkham City look more like the characters in Arkham Knight? I think penguin and cat girl both were way better in Knight. It would be nice to see the games match more closely.
  21. I started the groundwork for adding a female guard to Diamond City SWAT. I'm guessing I will have to copy a guard as new record so the navmesh for patrolling ("running the bases") will be there. And use Face Ripper to swap in a female head in addition to changing other properties to female. I read that previous Fallouts have records searchable by voice actor, so I'm hoping that will be the case with the CK. I found three actresses who mainly voiced soldiers, synths, and raiders... and I want to browse their dialogues to copy useful, generic lines. The other option would be custom voice work, but I'm all about using vanilla assets when possible. Mainly to see if it can be done.
  22. All I want is a simple DC guard armor mod that allows it to be modded. Mostly so it can be added to the workbench so I can use the Legendary Modifications addons for it to use it for one of my armor sets. It's nice to have a masked helmet, ya' know? I spent a couple of days taking a genuine crack at the Easy City Downs (ECD) aggression problem, with mixed results. - I found 24 placement entries that load 22 NPCs (2 are generic thug duplicates). - 9 of the entries are racing robots. - I set NPCs and their potential variants (based on player level) to: Unaggressive, Cowardly, Neutral, Helps Nobody, Aggro Radius Behavior False. - I changed all of the factions to Captive NPC (friendly to all). - There are tons of variants: Triggermen, Raiders, Robots, and a Turret with stats that change based on player level at time of encounter and some pseudo-randomness. I went from 24 files to 140ish just by editing the variants. - In FO4Edit, I copied the 10 unique NPCs (9 robots and boss) as overrides. - The remaining NPCs are generics that load in ECD and beyond, so I copied them as new entries, then copied the chain of all their templates, etc, and replaced aggressive traits with neutered/neutral. That way they only change in ECD instead of the entire map. - I changed the non-unique NPC placement entries as overrides, loading the friendly NPCs instead. - I found several ECD scripts (3 of them deal with aggression). I decompiled all of them with Champollion and read them. Then I edited the 3, recompiled them with Caprica, and put them in the correct directory structure of my game. - My FriendlyEasyCityDowns esp file is checked in NMM. End result: When I go to Easy City Downs (walking in as first time visitor from nearby school, non-fast travel), the Raiders and Triggermen do NOT aggro on me. At least, not until one of the bots completes a lap and aggros (usually Iron Maiden assaultron or The Boston Blaster Mr Gutsy). Then it's game on from the robots, one melee knife-wielding Raider in a yellow helmet, and the machinegun turret. If I stay in the lobby (under the boss floor) when I arrive, the Raider and Triggerman hang out but don't talk to me. Then the robots take a lap and red squares pop up, with one of them trying to find me (non-stealthed, not hidden). As soon as I walk over to the bleachers, I get laser blasted. *makes smirking noise* I'm tired, 2 days of reading, coding, and testing. Would be happy to send the zip file to anyone who wants to see it. I just don't want to upload a non-working mod. But a fresh set of eyes on it might help. It's pretty close to the goal, I think. If anyone is interested in open source collaboration, I'm up for that. Halfway there is better than nothing, but not as great as it would be to have everything working. The end goal is to make ECD a racing/gambling/merchant/party hub. Once friendly, I'm sure the overhaul mods will follow. I really thought I nailed it. Grrr. :-/

Does anyone else find the Palace of Kings - the seat of power for the Stormcloak Uprising, the hall of the greatest Nord hero to ever live, one of the oldest structures in all of Skyrim - completely, soul-crushingly, and utterly boring? The place is bland. Empty. It's dirty, crude, insignificant - call it what you like. It needs to be fixed. Specifically, it needs an expansion. More rooms, more items, more places to explore. A separate wing for the jarl. A big balcony. Full armories. IT NEEDS TO BE A PALACE OF KINGS. So? Anyone up for it? In my mind, it'd be done by jkrojmal, author of the JK city overhauls, or by iWilliBlecha, author of the Real Warmaiden's. I hope someone can do this. It'd be great.
