  1. Greetings chooms, My name's Dom, I play in a band in Perth called Injured Ninja, and I'm a huge fan of Cyberpunk and of the modding community in general. (the hours I have put into Fallout 4 because of this community is rediculous) I'm looking for someone to help make a mod, as it's something I'm not at all familiar with. Essentially I want to make a custom radio station mod for Cyberpunk 2077 and am looking to commission someone's help to make it happen. I play in a band called Injured Ninja, and I think our music and a few of our side projects would weirdly fit into the game. I've seen other people make their own music for a custom radio station, and would love to know how to do it myself, or figure out what someone's time would be worth to help make one for us. We can make and provide any assets needed, just unsure of how to actually implement it into the game. Gulnare Funk - Hausu - Pyah! - Protostellar Core Collapse - Death / Jam / Toast (Boobs 'frampton Mix') - Puppies in Fish Tanks (Mathas Rap Redux) - Golden Top Mountain Journey (Ylem Remix) Those are just some demo tunes to give you an idea. There are bunch more. That, and I f*#@ing love mod culture, and want to learn more about the making side. (I do plenty on the playing side.) Is there a better place to reach out to people for something like this? Open to any suggestions, recommendations or advice on the matter. Cheers!
  2. Hello, I'm new to the forums. I have in the last two months started playing Skyrim on PC, and have enjoyed a plethora of mods. But some of the best moments I have had thus far have been against the 'end game' boss fights in many mods. I have been thinking lately, instead of the Nexus being flooded with endless amounts of followers and follower support mods, it might be refreshing for modders all around to go the opposite route, making custom 'end game' style enemies that either roam a specified world space or find a home in a vanilla dungeon. (If by chance this is not such a fresh idea I would appreciate being pointed in the right direction for search criteria, I haven't seen anything that nears this description thus far). Furthermore, I think it could be a really interesting idea if, say, a MCM controlled utility could manage a database of custom adversaries, much like "Familiar Faces by Verteiron", perhaps these specific downloads could extract to a specific file path where the character files are managed. And you could dictate where specific adversaries are staged, maybe their general stats and behavior as well? Modders would also have a chance to showcase custom armors and weapons in action and as a reward that doesn't require the creation of a quest chain. Considering that, I thought The Nexus could also host say, perhaps a contest where the most impressive custom adversary (based on *place imagination HERE* criteria) wins like a pink bicycle or perhaps something more practical. Anyways it twas only a thought, but I thought perhaps it would be a provocative one to the community. As a last note, I don't know if The Nexus even hosts such things and I wouldn't want to presume to ask them, but I've heard that there were player house contests in the past SOMEWHERE and if it wasn't through the Nexus then maybe someone else would be interested in hosting such a deal.
  3. Collaborators wanted for ambitious project.. I've come up with a story for a new mod on the scale of a DLC. I'm already planning content but I'd like to put a team together. I definitely need a scripter and maybe someone good at creating new or edited meshes and textures. I'll be doing most of the level design and some of the more mundane GECK work. It would also be nice to have some voice work. My friends and I can provide the voice dialog as long as someone knows how to add the voice files to the game. The mod's questline would begin after the player completes "Take it Back". It involves self-aware robots trying to exterminate humankind and would feature multiple quests, new characters, new enemies and weapons and of course several new locations. Feel free to post here or PM me if you're interested. Collaborators will most certainly receive proper credit for their involvement and will retain rights or permissions for assets they create for this mod.
  4. Hi there. I'm looking for a partner to make an ambitious new mod per request, someone who's good at script writing and configuring quests. Help would be greatly appreciated. I wish to add greater immersion to the gameplay and give players a greater sense of accomplishment. I intend to make alternate versions of various settlements and other populated areas. I will create duplicates of these interior cells and appropriately furnish and populate them. These alt cells will be cleaner and nicer furnished to show change and progress. In comes a talented scripter. I need someone to create scripts so that these alternate interior cells will only be accessible once certain vanilla quests have been completed.   5. Hello Everyone! I'm looking for a small team of modders to collaborate on a vault-based mod I had in mind (details below). I would really like to have friendly, happy people in this team, as we'll work better together. I have had a moderate amount of experiance in fallout modding, but I only recently thought to start making mods for the internet, so please excuse my rank ;p. Also, if you have any ideas about this mod, please feel free to leave your suggestions below, if you are interested in joining this team, them either PM me or send me an email to: [email protected] Mod: Vault-Tec Imperium This was a vault created by vault-tec during the leadup to the great war in order for scientists visiting the mojave to have a comfortable & functional place to stay. This vault was used by the most important scientists & military officials, as such, it was much better contructed than many of the other vaults, and was expected to have a very long lifespan. One of the very interesting experiments that the scientists were doing was finding ways to return materials to their previous state prior to some sort of contamination, calling this method 'subatomic scrubbing'. their initial prototypes used Mr-Handy robots fitted with specialised equipment to trial this, however, many did not work & lay dormant in the construction lab. Many of the systems inside the bunker were experimental, and far beyond the equipment seen out in the wastes. Just weeks before the bombs fell, Vault-Tec sealed & abandoned the vault after a large amount of fatal spores found a way into the ventilation system The machines did not understand what was happening when that entrance closed & the lights turned out, so they simply continued doing what they were programmed to do. Over the next 200 years these robots would slowly but surely rid the vault of the huge amounts of spores that lay in the air, eventually finding the source to be another experiment inside the Imperium, and was surely disposed of. You, the courier, happen to intercept brief radio signal from enclave forces on your pip-boy detailing that they have found something of 'great importance'. You know what to do.
