I can't download large files with my wifi but if I download small files I can download them and if I use cellular data I can download them

As seen in screenshot above. Skyrim AE 1.6.1170 Vortex 1.10.8 Mods are installed, enabled, deployed. They even apply to the game! I get the appropriate Alternate Start scenario and character creator. However: They do not appear in the MCM, and cannot be modified or reinstalled from Vortex. This started happening after I fixed an issue with SkyUI where it would crash when I opened any sort of menu that paused the game. I thought SkyUI got corrupted somehow, because reinstalling the mod fixed it... but then I realized this issue with other mods. I have no idea how or why it happened; it could be because of profile switching, but I've never had issues with it before. The mod files are all in the same directory they've always been in. Well, the files are still there, so maybe I can just reinstall it from file, right? This is the message I get. It appears I can fix it by redownloading each and every mod directly from the site using the Mod Manager Download button, but I really don't want to do that for the 100+ mods it's affecting. I tried to trick it by selecting mixed broken and working mods and doing a group reinstall, but the broken ones it just shows an "Unknown Download" error: Full error text:

Attention to the 'Nexus Community Rules': Since some time ago, it's forbidden to upload 'Compilations' of other mods, even with permissions (it must be better reflected at the help from 'Nexus' I think). Hello there, today i was about to mod fallout 4 for 21:9 monitor. I could install easily the mod organizer 2 always from nexus, but by trying download this mod: (Ultra Wide Interface (21x9) at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)) i have problems. I could notice that the download doesnt even start by the console, that gives me this error: By disabling ublock origin and privacy badger it gives me this error: There's a way to fix it?

I've noticed suddenly my downloads from CDN are ridicously slow, ranging from 0B/s to 24KB/s.Looking on the forum i've noticed many users are complaining about this issue too... I am aware about the restriction for non premium users but 24KB/s is way below that restriction. Any admin have a workaround for this or know how to solve this issue?? I've been trying to download mods for Skyrim SE (obviously lmao) but, when I click "download with NMM" on ANY mod on the nexus, it doesnt work at all. The dialogue doesnt pop up asking to open NMM and when I click the actual "download" button, nothing happens. I'm using the lastest version of NMM and I'm logged in on both the web browser and the NMM application. I've have never had this issue up until very recently. Are there any fixes for this? I'd really rather not install something like Firefox just to download mods. Thanks in advance for the help xx

So I purchased premium membership for 1 month. But after purchase, still its download speed is stuck at same! How can I raise up download speed? Its speed is still same after I restarted download. Please help me !! ----- OK I quit NMM and restart download and it got better. But download speed is only just 500 KB/s. So, I'm trying to download Vortex (the program). And it just won't do it. Nothing is wrong with my ISP or my connection. I have 100/mbs connection and it's working perfectly. But the Vortex download snails along at about 4kb/s And then stops completely after about two minutes and I get a "failed to download" error. I've tried several times and I've tried using and disabling my VPN, but no dice. Nothing happens and nothing changes. Is there something wrong with the servers today? (I also used NMM to try to download a mod earlier, and that one also snailed along at 4kb/s. Which is why I uninstalled NMM and decided to try Vortex, and now I can't download either program.) EDIT: I changed VPN location and it worked... Which I find strange. But well, that was my fix if anyone else has the same problem.

Hello! I'm having extremely slow download speeds, even with a Premium account. At home, I have DSL, so there I understand. However, I pay for Premium during the school year so that I can utilize my school's Verizon FIOs (I just downloaded Skyrim Special Edition in 12mins) but I rarely get a DL speed above 500KB when downloading any mods from Nexus. *Back in Aug. I tried to download the texture mod "Noble Skyrim" but the file isn't a proper file that can be entered and explored and such. It's just some kind of file that when opened brings up some sort of command thingy with a black background. I think this may be because of 7.zip but I don't really know :/ Please help

So I've been trying to download a few mods for SE, now that SKSE64 and all that have been out for a bit, but I'm running into an issue. Whenever I try to download and install mods via NMM, it'll begin to activate them, then an error will appear simply saying "A problem occurred during install". I've tried redownloading them, but still get the same error. Then I tried manual download, and adding the mod through NMM, but still got the same error. Finally, I tried downloading the mod manually, then extract the files into my Data folder. This is when I found out that WinRAR says the files inside are corrupted. I don't know how or why, the file downloads to 100% as far as I can tell, and I've downloaded the same mods multiple times, but it still gets corrupted along the way. It's mainly with bigger mods, though, as I already have a couple dozen other smaller mods already installed. Any help or advice would be appreciated!

This is the first time I've really had issues, but noticed when I was trying to download Vortex that my average download rate was extremely low (on the 128 KB/s scale, it was shark-finning at about 15 KB/s). I paused a few after I noticed because they weren't itty bitty and were just crawling (1694676215, 1694756304, 1694744046, 1694726221, 1694430712). Please find attached the required findings. I have to note that the test files, at least the small one, downloaded at lightning speed, so results seem mixed. I'm a big fan of the Nexus. I've always recommended it to friends and members of my online communities. Back when it seemed more pressing and feasible, most within my group were subscribed to Nexus and I even briefly tried out a month of premium, which (at the time) cost me £2.49, for the month. Now, times have changed and costs must scale, which is understandable. Either the Nexus acquires more users, hikes up the price, or both. I like to think the Nexus is always increasing the number of subscribers it has, so I'll take a wager and state that it's doing both of the stated options. The monthly cost of a subscription is now £4.99/month and the downside to not having one if painfully apparent. As I've said, times are changing and the Nexus must adapt - though not all changes must hurt the users! Files are now heavier, more densely packed with content, HD textures and such. A hard cap of 2 MB/s in 2022 seems like a predatory practice. This is especially true for those who live in countries where the currency has suffered, alongside jobs and work prospectives, given events such as the pandemic. In the end, if the Nexus is generating more money, surely they can afford to raise the cap for free users? What about supporters, who used to enjoy at least up to 5 MB/s? Can that not be achieved? It seems like a small act but it would be a big gesture, insofar as solidarity with the community, to not be so harsh during already harsh times. So, it's not the end of the world. I'm not proposing some riot, boycott or anything. I genuinely think that the Nexus is great, though perhaps a little out of touch with modern times. In a moment where some people are forced to stay at home and are either unable to work or are desperately trying to keep positive and take care of their mental health, forcing them to sit for hours in front of their computer to watch a file download, with a link reminding them that they could go work some eighty, odd hours to save some sanity seems a bit cruel. I'm not sure I've ever suggested anything to the Nexus team in my near 10 years of presence, but I'm curious to see what may follow in terms of a reply. All the best!

I just signed up for nexusmods.com today, and am glad I didn't pay right off for premium. Nothing works except creator updates, including pictures, and the forums here. The download buttons do absolutely nothing. Am I missing something? How do I download mods here?

I have decided to play new vegas again, but it always seemed essential to me a mod called "essential iu bug fixes", I don't know why it is deleted in nexus, it fixes the clicks stuck during the crafting, without it it is impossible be comfortable when you try to create something. Does anyone know where I can download it or can you pass it to me?

Hi all, in the past two days my downloads from nexus have started off perfectly (10MB/s as I have premium) but then after roughly 5 seconds this dips to 1MB/s then 5 seconds later 100KB/s and eventually stops prompting a network error on download. I have not nearly run out of API calls, I have tried using cellular data and my home wifi with the same result. I have tried using vortex / wabbajack with the same result. I have triple checked all processes running, restarted my PC and am able to use the internet perfectly (more info below) while watching a 4k 60fps video.
