I wanted to know why it works, and I think it has something to do with the FaceGen software. I want to see for myself but I don't know how to open a Khajiit face in the demo version. I have this csam folder that has Khajiit files in it, and they end in .bmp .egm .egt and .tri, but I don't know how to open them in facegen's 3.34 demo. If I don't need the facegen program, may I have an idea of where to look for how the topic title works?

I am so appreciative and happy with all of the mods that help us to create beautiful characters but the one thing that stands out to me are the low resolution ears. Are there any ear mods? If so, could someone direct me to them? Is this an issue for anyone else? Is the ear problem fixed by using citrus heads or some other mod?

I already made shitty looking ears and converted them to nif but I do not know how to place or texture them properly.

I would love elf ears to use. Equitable head slot maybe? If there is one already I cannot find it for the life of me.

Hi. I'm trying to make a custom mask but I need some advice. How can you hide the ears when equiping a helmet or a mask on fallout 4? This is what I'm trying to do.

Hi, I am working on the race called the Dagi-Raht, but have encountered some problems and incompatibility. The ears of the Dagi's are an extra headpart, and are used as a Misc so the Tri files work for expressions and such. The problem is that i have had multiple reports of the ears not showing, so the question is as follow: What is causing additional headparts not to load when more mods are installed and how do i prevent this from happening? Some more info on the ears: the nif files are set to have the same color as the hair, and set as the "SBP_30_HEAD" bodypart. What i could do is set it to ears instead and make it a armor addon for the naked Dagi skin armor and put it in the "ears" bodypart. but this would unequip the ears as soon as i would put on a hat of any sort, which i am trying to prevent from happening. Besides i don't know if the Tri would still work after that. The reason i am asking this is because Google is as much help as.. well.. Google, and i am less experienced than most people here. Hi guys, long time no chat. :laugh: So I've been working on a mod, and I've made a few custom races that use different body shapes. Everything was working great until I noticed the Dunmer and the Bosmer races don't use the elven ears, but the Human ears and head. I must have overlooked something but I can't figure it out...I tried doing a test case where I just duplicated the Bosmer race without changing anything, and the ears are switched over to the Human set. I haven't touched the head model being used.

Hello, I have been planning on getting skyrim for the pc and was getting a list of mods together. I looked around and have not been able to find a Bunny Ear mod. So I was hoping that someone who knows how to mod skyrim could craft the mod. Maybe have them look like Tabane Shinonono's from Infinite Stratos and having them as a wearable item would be preferred.

I'd like to see if anyone could make animation mod for khajiit ears that work for these two custom races based off khajiit subspecies lore. I prefer playing as the first of the two races but this would be a really nice touch for both races. I found really annoying that horses lower their heads, move their ears etc when the're idle, and the moment you mount them, they become robots. They don't move their heads, they NEVER move their ears. COME ON! As a horse lover and rider this is so frustrating. You are literally watching static ears and looks like you are riding a damn robot. If someone places idle animations on mounted horses I would kiss that modder :')

I've been going through my new vegas characters changing them manually one by one after downloading various character mods such as breeze and mikoto and I cant seem to figure out how to manipulate the ears since everyone seems to be the same as for as shape and size. It's not a huge issue but never the less a bit of a nuisance and I would like to know how (if at all) I can change them. Anybody know?

i am trying to add ears from an ear pack I found to create a Warcraft Blood Elf Race and for the life of me can not figure out how. I've tried looking up custom race tutorials and none I've foud specifically say how to add custom ears to a race. I have spent 2 months trying to figure this out and now I give up. How do I add custom ears to my duplicated High elf race so I can give it long blood elf ears and move on with my life? XD step by step for a complete newb, preferably with a screen shot or 2. thank you for your time whoever decides to answer this!

Is there a way to morph the elf ears in order to stand out from long hair more? I m thinking since we have the bodymorphs or mods like plastic surgery, that modify permantly mouth/eye/face sizes and shapes, it might be possible to make ears big enouph(and perhaps make em lean to the sides more?). If anyone knows I could use a lead to try this out myself.

I have tried to install OCOv2 Seamless with HGEC Female with BBB and Roberts Males and while most of the males worked - except for Orcs's ears, the females were fubar. Some races had quite large color differences between bodies and heads (Redguards), while some races were flawless (Wood Elf, Nord) and some were just ... wrong, these were Orcs, which many people I've noticed complained about. Honestly; the seamless mod needs an all-in-one install with correct instructions (like some other poster noted, the instructions are confusing as all hell and even contradict themselves on some points) and maybe some compatible choices for better body textures, because all except the Orc ones look terrible, but I can't stand looking at the potato faces and that's what this mod has done beautifully. Since this mod is less compatible and harder to install, than goddamn FCOM and the owner of it has thrown a fit and blocked possible helpful questions and help in the mod's posts, I have to look here for help. I have already uninstalled Oblivion, so you won't see my load order, but since there was only OCOv2 and HGEC with BBB and EVE mods and it was all sorted through BOSS and included a Bashed Patch, I don't think that's where the problem was. I was also using Growlf's Controllable Skeleton, since it seems more up-to-date, than Corronera's and the SE Khats and Args update (the body textures for beast races in OCO are just ... bad). So my issues were: - male orc and female orc ears and hands were vanilla-green - female orc face was vanilla-green - female redguard had completely mismatched body colour - other races had tiny flaws and they did actually have seams, except Wood Elf, Khajiits and Argonians, but the latter two had no seams because of the separate Khats and Args update - after uninstalling OCOv2 and deactivating it and making sure there were no traces of it left, I still had the teeth from the mod on Khajiits, Argonians and Orcs, so I had to uninstall completely, any way to go around this issue? Is there any mod, maybe more up-to-date, than OCOv2, that fixes NPC faces a bit? Maybe even hair replacements would be nice. The vanilla HGEC for Khajiit is fine, altough it could be better, but Argonians and Khajiit males look like carpets. If you can, hit-me-up with your favourite fantasy beast race textures, because I really can't find any at all on the new nexus. All "tesnexus" links are old and broken.

So there's like a million mods out there that make humanoid races with animal ears and tails, but I could never find one with wolf parts, so I'm trying to make my own. I followed the guide for using Race Compatibility for Skyrim and Dawnguard to make sure the race would be compatible with other mods and I set up all of the stats, abilities, and data for the race I'm working on, but any time I try to add the ears and tail they turn out glitchy in game. Well, they look the same in game as they do in the Creation Kit for the most part. I've found tutorials for adding a Khajiit tail to custom races and they helped me figure out most of what I need to do, but I can't get things to look right. I even tried different sets of ears and tails. Everything always looks right when I import the model in CK, but then when I apply it to the character it looks different. I've had textures get misaligned, models become a couple of thin flat squares, and some other more complicated issues. The one time I got a tail to show up that didn't appear as a a pure white spiral the tail didn't have a texture despite me assigning one to it, was not positioned the same as in the CK (actually a good thing because in CK it was vertical and by the feet), and it wasn't attached to the body so it didn't animate and wouldn't move when I crouched. If anyone has a tutorial they can send me or some advice I would really appreciate it. I've been at this for hours and I can't find anything or figure it out.
