  1. Does anyone knows a way so I can use ARTV's Nightvision on EVE's Enclave Enforcer Power Helmet? If I need to change something in some archive, I would need a step-to-step walkthrough!

  3. Alright, this is my first time playing Fallout 3. Yeah, my laptop's GPU (NVIDIA GeForce GT 940M) cannot handle Fallout 4. Skyrim is my favorite game (I had several dozens of mods for it) and now I want to try Fallout 3. First things first: I only play visually beautiful games. Fallout 3 and New Vegas are depressingly ugly. But thanks to mods like "Realistic Wasteland Lighting and Weather", NMC's textures and "FO3 Flora Overall", my Fallout 3 now looks pretty great and moody. But I'm having trouble getting EVE 099 to work properly with FWE. I want EVE because of the gorgeous energy visuals (I prefer energy weapons, anyway) and I want FWE because I like hardcore role-playing (I have PerkusMaximus on Skyrim). But the FOIP patch for FWE and EVE is only compatible with EVE 096. I can't find EVE 096 on NexusMods. They have EVE 097 to 099. I was reading forums and learned that there was an unofficial FOIP patch for EVE 097 and FWE that was available through some MegaUpload links, but MegaUpload does not exist anymore. Can anyone please help me by uploading the FOIP patch for EVE 097 and FWE elsewhere? Or upload EVE 096? Or can anyone provide me any other solution?
  4. Whenever I kill someone they either catch fire or disintegrate, But I'm not using an energy weapon. is anyone else having this problem? Does someone know how to fix it?
  5. It is possible to make FWE weapons compatible with WMK modifications? And the same weapons and EVE weapons work with RH_IronSIghts and Fallout 3 Re-Animated with no problems? And the same fallout with Project Beauty and IMPACT? It is possible to make them work together?
  6. Hi, Fallout 3 is giving me a CTD without even getting to the main menu. Yes, I know this is a mod issue, but I've been trying reinstalling mods, changing load orders and so on for like five hours. Honestly it's driving me crazy. So, thought you might please help me. Here is my load order: What's wrong with it? It's something missing? One of those mods it's causing the CTDs? Thanks in advance!

  8. So recently I've installed a bunch of mods including FWE, MMM, and EVE, and they all seem to be working fine. However, whenever I try to travel to super duper mart (or the area around it) I get a CTD. I've also found that I can COC to the super duper mart exterior, but that also causes massive slowdown and eventually another CTD, but I can COC to the interior with no apparent problems (other than the inconvenient location.) I'm assuming it's mod related but I have no idea which one and I'm too impatient to enable and disable each of them one by one. Attached is a list of all my currently enabled and disabled mods.
  9. Project Nevada has a knockdown effect where there is a chance when you use explosives that an enemy gets knocked prone and has to get back on his/her feet and the same to me and any followers.   10. I've recently gotten this issue where instead of the interactive EVE iron sights I get the iron sights from (I think) Projects Nevada and some just don't have sights at all. I've tried reactivating EVE and it's patches a few times to no avail. Any advice?
  11. Howdy guys, i am trying desperately to fix a problem of mine with EVE - Essential Visual Enhancements. I dont know why, but whenever i make a critical kill, when the person turns in to an ash pile, or little pieces of ash, their textures are messed up. I have installed a couple of archive invalidation mods, but with no correction. And this is my load order.   12. The main problem here is that after I started running EVE, the game crashes whenever I specifically go to the first L in the weapon menu in my pip boy, other than that it is running smoothly. Here is my load order. I made sure to to reboot Archive Invalidation everytime and made sure the conflict is not happening between Weapon Animation Replacer and EVE, I have LOOT FOMM NMM and FNVEdit. I honestly ran out of ideas. Help ?   13. Install order- Fook and Factions Reloaded (merged)? For that matter, Fook and Project Nevada. What is best to install first? I'd also include Cirosan's Character Overhaul (no perk rebalancing), jsawyer and realistic weapons damage. (Ill also be adding EVE and WME). Do the Monster mod and iws work together? AND is the monster mod a detrimental hit to fps? If I just wanted all these mods what order should I install them? All DLCs and pre-order packs are already installed. Any ideas?

So I am trying to get the Essential Visual Enhancements mod to work (which has worked for me before), yet when I try to install it using the Nexus Mod Manager it will only give me the "No DLC" option saying that if I am missing any one of the main DLC packs (i.e. Dead Money, Honest Hearts, etc.) that I will therefore be unable to install the "EVE - All DLC" version. I think I have determined that the DLC pack that is not being detected by EVE is Dead Money, but I have yet to find any sort of solution to get it to recognize it including deleting and reinstalling the Dead Money files and reinstalling the whole game. This determination is just a best guess as I made this assumption based on what occurred within steam as I "turned off" each individual DLC pack and then reinstalled them. Dead Money was the only one that did not behave like the others in that it never downloaded anything after being uninstalled and reinstalled. The strange thing is that within New Vegas itself, both in the launcher and in game, Dead Money is among the list of installed DLC content... I am completely at a loss at this point and I would certainly prefer being able to use the EVE mod with all of the DLC. One last thing is that whenever I have tried to verify the game cache, I always get 1 file not validating to which it will be reacquired. Upon verifying the cache again it will still say that there is 1 file that did not validate.
  16. Hello. I have run into a problem with the Energy Visuals Enhanced mod and I was wondering what I have done wrong. All weapons are working as they should be but the textures are buggy. For example; on the Pulse pistol the gun will randomly flash other textures from the game. I have followed Gopher's Youtube tutorial and followed the single file installation only to run into problems. What can I do to fix this? Thanks.
  17. I've been playing modded New Vegas for a while on an old PC that my cousin had, so I had to do everything myself on my new PC. The first few times I installed the mods I did it all at once and broke the game. Most recently, I have been installing mods gradually and tested the game for a few minutes before installing more. I left most of the big mods for last because installing them first in the past created problems. They all worked well until I installed those big mods, namely AWOP, EVE, and Project Nevada. Some of the problems include: - Missing weapon textures on player after respawn, and on NPCs from the get-go (I had installed Millenia's WRP and it had worked well before this)- Blood textures missing (fixed - I found out this was due to a conflict between EBT and EVE, yet installing the compatibility patch did not seem to work so I deleted it - would be nice to have though)- Missing faces on AWOP NPCs in Goodsprings (I had installed New Vegas Redesigned 3, and the compatibility patch for AWOP. It worked on one test run but the other times have missing faces and red exclamations)- Missing texture red exclamation appears when I die from laser weaponry- F4 Quickloot has enlarged text (somewhat fixed - I just disabled it for now)- Unable to open cheat locker for Weapons for the New Millenia near Chet's shop, as well as certain containers (F4 Quickloot allows me to take items inside but deactivating the quickloot mod doesnt fix this)- Missing icon on Pipboy for Weapons of the New Millenia guns, replaced by a blue square- Stuck on grey screen after death with main menu music playing (fixed - problem was caused by Fast New Game mod, however I am still curious how that problem happened)- Bullet holes in walls replaced with white squares I haven't uninstalled the game yet cause I'm not sure whether reactivating certain mods could do this - they worked for some but not w/ others.   18. So I've tried using Vortex's suggested load order, gone through FOMM selecting and de-selecting, used FWE's recommended load order, nothing seems to fix it. I've been able to solve it crashing on opening, but while playing the max I can get is ~30 minutes of gameplay before it crashes. More often than not it crashes loading areas, but it will also crash while randomly wandering areas. My current issue is I run FOSE through Mod Organizer 2, the game opens up, plays anywhere from 1-3 notes of the theme and screen, then crashes immediately.   20. hey all, im having issues with a fresh install of fo3goty, ive been following gophers 9 pt modding series, ive got most of what hes got shown in his lists, i have unofficial fo3 patch, archive invalidated, fose, fwe (wanderers edition), mmm (marts mutants), wmk (weapon mod kit), eve, project reality, darnified and robco certified. i sorted with loot and the game menu goat slides showed and functioned just fine, music included, but moving and clicking my mouse did nothing to show cursor or fast track to BOS helm, when i did show up, naturally, the menu text did not show up at all, nothing to select or do, i CTR+ALT+DEL it showed it wasnt working. i then adjusted my load order to copy gopher's and i got the same result. anything i can do to save all this and not fresh install again? thank you all in advance :) p.s. sorry if this is a topic that was posted before if im not the only one with this problem
  21. My load order: When looking at weapons in my inventory, I can access the vanilla mod menu as intended with X, even on unique weapons, as is intended to be added by WMX. However, even with mods that should be compatible in my inventory, nothing shows up in the menu, even on the standard versions of weapons, i.e. neither the Q-35 nor a standard Plasma Rifle will recognize a mod intended for the Plasma Rifle. Another mod-related oddity I noticed earlier on in my playthrough occurred when I picked up Ratslayer. Ratslayer is supposed to have it's mods removed with WMX installed so you can install them individually to your preference, but when I found it, it's world model still had the mods attached. Worse, when equipped, the mods weren't visible, but the weapon still acted like it had mods equipped even though it doesn't display having any in the pip-boy. I could look through a non-existent scope, and it had 8 rounds per mag by default. I have no idea what could be causing this between all the different compatability patches I downloaded to try and avoid issues with WMX and other mods. I had to manually install some of them because NMM has been inordinately picky about actually installing certain mods, but I can't imagine that making too much difference past a point, given I could still do virtual installs for some of them. Another thing to note is the above load order is a result of using LOOT to try and resolve this issue. It was already happening before, with this load order: If anyone has any idea of how to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate the help. Until then, I'll simply do without weapon mods this playthrough.
  22. Hi, I'm kind of new to modding and I'm have trouble getting EVE FNV-[GRA Patch for EVE 1.3].esp and WMX-GunRunnersArsenal.esp to work. I tried them together and separately and it always tells me I'm missing the master, but I'm pretty sure I have them activated and in the right order. Anyone have a solution to this? Edit: Just tried WMX alone again and it worked so the problem is something with EVE.

  25. Hey Guys Firstly, I'll thank in advance anyone willing to help me. I really appreciate it, as I've been trying to get these mods going for a while. I'll describe the issue I'm having, then my load order, then how I installed it. THE ISSUE The game crashes every five-10 minutes, requiring a ctrl+alt+delete to end the process (music still plays). I believe the problem is in the RH_IRONSIGHTS mod, as I was able to run FWE/MMM/EVE sucessfully with no crashes. then I added RH_Ironsights and the new characters become freezy messes (froze at pc on the alt start, after a couple mins of use, also whilst trying to traverse wasteland with existing char). I can get it to work without Ironsights, but I want it to work WITH ironsights, because the standard zoom just makes me angry and wishful (no idea if your shot will actually be on target). EVE and Ironsights are using the Paradox Ignition merges (original files install, then PI merged install). BLACKENED patch being used for FWE/MMM/EVE. RH_EVE_BRIDGE and RH_FWE_BRIDGE were taken from the RH_Ironsights download page, as blackened said it was incompatable with any FOIP patches. and of course that one at the bottom is my merged patch. Worst comes to worst, I reinstall everything and play without Ironsights, but If anybody has any help or ideas they can give me about getting RH_Ironsights to work, please help.
