  1. I'm playing Fallout 3I am currently having issues with some NPCs missing clothing. So far it has just been Moira and the wolfgang traveling merchant. Does someone know how to fix it?   2. Install order- Fook and Factions Reloaded (merged)? For that matter, Fook and Project Nevada. What is best to install first? I'd also include Cirosan's Character Overhaul (no perk rebalancing), jsawyer and realistic weapons damage. (Ill also be adding EVE and WME). Do the Monster mod and iws work together? AND is the monster mod a detrimental hit to fps? If I just wanted all these mods what order should I install them? All DLCs and pre-order packs are already installed. Any ideas?

  4. hey there, been having problems with using fook pn and mmue at the same time. I'm fairly new so this might be a stupid problem but i'm stumped.   5. Hello! I recently began playing Fallout 3 again and have encountered an unfortunate problem. I've been playing more or less without any problems. I've now reached the part of the story where you have to go retrieve the virgo ll dish. I am now level 11 and when i level up to level 12 after I select a perk when a press "A" it, without fail, freezes. It never crashes only freeze. I've had no problem before this besides the normal playing on windows 8 ones. I have gotten beyond level 12 before with the same mods but now I'm not so sure. Here is my load order.   6. Basically says it all really ^ game keeps crashing to desktop and telling me it's failed to "initialise the renderer", at seemingly random positions in the game. It's worth mentioning it usually occurs between 10-15 minutes into me playing the game, and I haven't gotten past the 15 minute mark in all of my last 8 or so attempts. I have a reasonable amount of mods, but my computer has been coping fine with running them and HQ up until recently. I have gone through all recently downloaded mods, and removed them, and it still crashes. This is all on one save, I'd really rather not get rid of the save, but of course I realise this is a risk when modding. Just wondered if you had any ideas/explination as to wtaf is going on. Cheers!

The main issue I'm having is that when I go near the New Vegas Medical Clinic my game goes into the looping black screen with splashing noises and the fading sounds and it forces me to load a previous save. This is a real pain in the a** becasue it wont let me advance in some story and mod quest. Any suggestions? SIDE NOTE: I also run FNV with FNV4Gb program alone with NVSE.   8. So I'm running into an issue and I've also got a question. Firstly my issue is when I use power armor even though I have Powered power armor and Project nevada installed I can't use the extra vision overlays. Any help with this would be nice. I've got everything hot keyed but it just won't activate any special vision. On another note sometimes the FOOK MCM menu doesn't appear in my game unless I have FOOK at the bottom of the load order ideas? An lastly I was wondering is there a mod that gives you the stealth suit MK2 voice without having to wear the suit?   9. Project Nevada has a knockdown effect where there is a chance when you use explosives that an enemy gets knocked prone and has to get back on his/her feet and the same to me and any followers.   10. so, my question is why hasn't someone made a Fook and Project Nevada Equipment patch, or even a Fook and Project Nevada core patch? there's a lot of overlap between say, the night vision between the two, and some of the weapons. there must be a reason, because these are two really popular modifications. is it a difficult thing to do, or have the mod authors asked not to make a compatability patch, or is it just a thing that doesn't have much demand, or what? I'd make one myself, but I've never made a mod in my life and I don't know where to start.
  11. So, I'm using EVE 14, WME, and FOOK. the issue I'm having is that whenever I use the AER 9 Laser Rifle, the beam splitter mod uses the model for every mod, including the scope and focus optics, even though they aren't equipped. how can I fix this?
  12. Have taken my load order down to bare bones, for me, but still getting crashed. i have downloaded the updates for fo3 and have the unoffical patches. any thoughts would be helpful. Super-Duper mart took days and nearly ten saves as i went along to finished just the food portion, even than i had to not loot several guys or try the back room, registers or the area behind the counter near the pa system.

  14. Hey folks After many years, I decided to dig up my Fallout 3 GOTY edition. After I successfully modded Skyrim and Fallout NV, it was time to do the same with Fallout 3. I went through most popular mods, checked mod lists here on Nexus etc. I downloaded about 100 mods, which I think a are necessary for a completely new Fallout experience. I also stumbled across two big overhauls, Fallout 3 wanderers edition and FOOK 2. I tried FWE first, since it has good ratings, but I didn't like it, because only thing it does is getting you killed my everything much easier. I don't think Fallout 3 really needs that, it's already quite challanging in hardest dificulty. Then I tried FOOK 2. It's much more what I like, it adds tons of new gear to the game, but also it changes very, very much other things. Because of this, it is almost impossible to use together with most other mods, so I deinstalled it again. Still, I miss all the good weapons and armors FOOK 2 brought to the game. So here my question: Is there any way, to just take out weapons/armor from the mod and only add those to the game? I mean, how hard can it be? Thanks for useful answers
  15. Hi there! I installed FOOK2 1.2, it's the only mod/package I have installed, and it's working great except for the fact that within several seconds of starting combat inside Germantown Police HQ, the game freezes. It's probably also happening in other places, that is the nature of the beast, this is just where I've run into it. It only happens when starting combat with the supermutants inside the building: doesn't happen outside, and I can stealth around inside all I want as long as no fighting happens. It doesn't crash, mind you. It hardlocks, and takes over my entire system so the only way to get out of the game is to ctrl-alt-delete and either Sign Out or Shut Down. Also, the audio just finishes whatever's playing when it freezes, then just plays the ambient noise like nothing is wrong, so "freeze" isn't even exactly the right word. I'm playing on PC with Win10, an i7 4790K and a Radeon HD 6850, and before you say anything, yes, I know. 16GB RAM and the game is running in Win7 Compatibility Mode with "Run As Administrator" enabled. Anybody have any advice? Thanks!

Basically im trying to get this mod "God's Right Hand" Its a weapon mod for the powerfist, well its actually a mesh, it replaces the power fist in the game, But when i downloaded it (I made sure i did it right) It simply didnt work, and i still have my normal power fists, i think it might be to do with me having FOOK because fook has a retexture for the power fist. I really want BOTH mods, fook and gods right hand. So please help! So I've been playing Project Nevada from scratch and enjoy it very much on very hard, hardcore mode (everything else set to the PN defaults) and noticed that FOOK could even bring more balance to the game so I installed it. However, I noticed that FOOK has made my game a lot easier and changed some of the things I really liked with PN like the effects of various drugs lasting much longer than vanilla F:NV. I'm not sure where to start to change the various things in FOOK and have uninstalled it. Anybody else have this issue and/or know how to make FOOK more like PN?

  21. I decided to take a vacation from The Mojave. And play some FO3 So I just started to install the cool mods. But when I try to install Fook, Or Fook2 (as it is called now) i get the "a problem occured. exeption of type 'system.outofmemory.exception' was thrown etc." How do I work around this?   24. I've been using Project Nevada for a bit, and recently decided to try out FOOK (with the FOOK-PN Convergence mod as well). Once I started a new game and drew a weapon, I saw that the dynamic crosshair from Project Nevada was missing and the standard target indicator displayed. I tried fiddling with crosshair settings across both mods, but the dynamic crosshairs were absent with any configuration. Any way to get the dynamic crosshair back, or does it not work with FOOK? Because FOOK is going long before I give up that crosshair.
  25. I broke it again T.T Now I'm missing my scope reticles. I installed FOOK, FWE and the merger last night and this morning when I tried to snipe some raiders I couldnt see around that silly exclamation-triangle thingy that happens when your missing a texture. I've sorted with BOSS but to no avail. My load order follows. Yeah, I know, I need to stop f--king with it. Please, guys, tell me what I did wrong this time T.T EDIT: solved it myself. It would seem that, somewhere along the line, something changed the names of some files and folders. Specifically, it changed the capitalization. Since the system differentiates between "Meshes" and "meshes", etc., it couldnt find the file path any more. Just popped open GECK and redirected it. A mod can feel free to lock this thread. Next time I'll do more tinkering before I go beg for help :sweat:
