Has anyone ever had issues taking screenshots? Recently, the vertical movement of the free camera stopped working. I don't know if it's a bug from a mod or if I accidentally typed something in wrong. Is there maybe an ini fix? Or a console command? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've searched high and low for anyone else with this issue and I've found nothing. Whenever I go into free cam (TFC) my weapon "flickers" not the textures, but the model itself, almost as if the weapon was vibrating. This happens with any weapon I equip. Vanilla or modded weapon, doesn't matter which. The strangest thing about it is that it happens if I am ever NOT moving my mouse. I took two screenshots to do my best to show this. The top image is the weapon while I moved the mouse and took a screenshot so the flicker was NOT occurring. I focused on the scope, it is crisp and clear in view. However the bottom image was taken while the camera was still, you can see that the weapon is rather blurry. Unfortunately a screenshot really does not show how bad of a problem this is. The weapon is essentially violently vibrating in-game. I'm at my wits end on this one, I've never seen an issue like this and I can't figure out a way to fix it. Hello! I just got my pc, & was wondering on if someone out there has made something of the sort that just helps with capturing / recording specific actions, poses, & anything else regarding the companions movements. To explain better, I use a mod that allows Joshua Graham to become a follower & I, personally, write as people! Roleplay! So with that I enjoy to make edits, Icons, YOU NAME IT. But obviously, I'd need a screenshots to make my work nice. As of writing this, by default, I use the command tfc 1 to freeze all gameplay & for me to zoom around, whilst snapping photos, while having to pause & retype the command every time I've finished. I'm looking for something, if there's anything, that could allow me to record & watch Joshua Graham while on my travels, so I could keep an eye on anything I could use for my personal edits. Any Camera tbh that could allow me to zoom around while he follows, so I could in return, lead him into combat & snap away! ANY HELP OR TIPS ARE VERY APPRECIATED. SERIOUSLY, ANYTHING.

A free camera mod to fly around anywhere to take screen shots and footage ingame. A camera mod which can work in cutscenes and dialogue options. Maybe the ability to adjust time of day, freeze time , weather etc !
