  1. Hello, i got a problem with my GTA San Andreas Remaster installation. As you know, the original looks rather unimpressive and so I decided to install a graphics mod and several other mods too, since it's a rather easy thing to do. However, when I play the game, especially in dark environments and in cutscenes, a graphical glitch occurs that lets a second rendering appear in the upper left screen (the whole screen in cutscenes), completely mimicking the current rendering but only as silhouettes.   2. Where can I find the Vortex extension for GTA 4. I browsed the Mod page but I could not find any. Same for the mods extension page. Thanks for any help you guys can give.
  3. I love GTA V, Fallout 4 and CEO missions. So I'm curious if someone can combine these into a Warehouse mod for Fallout 4. First you would need an NPC to talk to, he/she could give you radiant missions much like the brotherhood mission 'Quartermastery'. This NPC could be any settler, and the position could be called Manager. The item that they are assigned to will worked more like the food sources, in that there will be a bunch of them. The items should look like the soil plots in miscellaneous resources section. Once a mission is completed, the item you were sent after will appear in the plot area the NPC is assigned to (Max of 8 plots). Once all assigned plot are full you can do a sell mission where you can send a brahmin convoy to different cities around the wasteland for profit. This will not only make the player money but lend more purpose to the use of the factory pieces. If you have questions please ask, I think this would be so much fun to use in Fallout 4.
  4. I'm requesting a mod that does a player change like in GTA V. I don't want the fancy player change (The google maps style player change) I want these things to appear in the mod: 1. Create 3 characters (Essential) 2. Add transition cutscenes (I don't want the cutscenes, only I want to make the player to appear in the locations you like) 3. Player voices (I don't want a lot, but this can be a good idea) 4. Starting home (Just an simple Alternate start) 5. A power named Change Character and will show the name of the characters (a text menu to select them) Anyone?
  5. I just noticed there is a nexusmods Grand Theft Auto IV page. How long has it been there for? Why is there no forum for it? I think this nexusmods GTA page should get more attention. GTA is pretty big franchise and has a lot of mods too, like TES. There are a lot of sites for GTA modding but they all suck... you can't track mods and it's hard to find the good mods, they are a mess. I would very much like to see GTA mods on nexus for easier searching, tracking and overall better experience. It would be a good time to advertize GTA on nexus as GTA V could be just around the corner for PC and as you know... it's pretty big game, and a lot of mods will be made.
  6. So I was wondering if anyone out there would be willing to port the weapons from GTA V into the game. Complete with texture options including the fancy gold engravings for things like the .50 Pistol, AP Pistol and Advanced Rifle. The 7.62mm Minigun of course, which would be a massive improvement over the useless 5mm minigun from Fallout. As well as the classic melee's like the golf club, hammer, pipe wrench and broken bottle. With the new Mark 2 weapons there is possibility for eve4n more customisation, especially when it comes to selectable Legendary effects of Penetrating, Powerful and Explosive.
  7. Dear Nexus Team, I really like the Nexusforums and the downloadsites for Games like Skyrim, Oblivion. I know that they are many mods out there for GTA San Andreas and i would appreciate if the Nexus-Admins could add a "GTA San Andreas Mod" Site like "GtaSanAndreasnexus". :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
  8. ... has been the 'intro' of sorts I've used since long before I can remember. I'm a new member of the forum here I guess you could say, though I've been lurking on the site for the better part of 2 years. I love the Elder Scrolls and Fallout series, and the extra features brought to the game by our awesome modding community! I have been and currently make videos on youtube, mostly live commentaries over games like Grand Theft Auto IV and EFLC, but I'd love to find an entertaining way I could bring that to games like Fallout and The Elder Scrolls.   9. I'm going to number the problems out and detail them to give a better perspective. 1. GTAV support will not install. It has already downloaded, but everytime I try to click "install" for it to install and auto-enable, it doesn't work. Literally nothing happens. I have no clue why it's causing this or what's going on, because every single other mod and tool/extension worked fine. 2. Whenever I press the little start button next to GTA V and "Profile : Default," nothing happens either. I have to manually go into Epic Games and open the game, but when I do that none of the mods are applied even though all of them are enabled. So it's not letting me open the game in vortex, but when I try to do it from EG it works but the mods don't load. Any help? ((SOLVED)) ((SOLVED)) ((SOLVED)) ((SOLVED))
  10. I can't mod for s***. So I'm hoping the modding community can bring what I hoped cyberpunk would be, to life. I think we were all upset to see how bland the customizations were in this game. I was picturing going into a cyberware shop and coming out with full chrome skin, and what I got was a few limb presets that didn't even look all that great. So I guess what I'm wanting is more cyberware customization, even if it is just cosmetic. I'd like to have a full gold arm or a robotic peg leg type thing. Next thing is, vehicles. I got my first car and was like "I'ma change the color to green, see what kind of wheels are available...." only to find out, there's no vehicle garages. I was thinking there was some kinda GTA V garage system where you could pull in and mod the absolute s*** out of your car. So something similar would be dope. And then there's the apartments/houses. Tbh, I dont really mind the fact we only get one apartment, but we were promised actual property before the game's release. So I guess more options with houses and customizing your house. Maybe show cases for your accomplishments. Anyway, that's enough of my bitching. If anyone steps up to my challenges, I'd be very appreciative.
  11. Ive got a couple of mods that replace files (its a radar/minimap mod). I've set up the directory exactly how the gta 5 plugin page says, with .rpfs as folders in order to place files in the right place (update/update.rpf/common/data etc.) When I deploy mods, all that happens is the mod files end up in mods/source/content/"FolderName" . There is also a zzz_merge folder alongside them, inside which is an assembly.xml which I know is related to OpenIV .oiv (auto installer) files, so its generating part of the openIV work, but isn't opening OpenIV or setting these mods up properly I've got no problems with script mods (script hook/simple trainers etc.) or dlc addons, but replacements don't work. I've seen others have this issue but haven't found a fix for it as of yet. Any more info needed please ask and Ill do my best to provide
