  1. So this is an annoying glitch/bug/something that I haven't seen or found posted anywhere. All of my mods and whatnot are working perfectly together so far and the game is running like butter. But whenever I go into 3rd person, my character suddenly snaps their head to the right or left and her eyes glance off in that direction as well. There is a noticeable moment where her head goes from facing forward to looking elsewhere. Is she tracking something invisible? I thought for awhile she was tracking the crosshairs since they sit to the right of her body in 3rd person, but she looks left as often as right. As if tracking some distant object. Happens in outside and inside cells. I don't know what the hell is going on. When I aim with a weapon in 3rd person and slowly pan, you can tell that the gun isn't following the crosshairs and there is a distinct moment when her aim passes the field of where she is trying to glance to. Any advice would be a godsend as this game has become absolutely idiotic looking when played in 3rd person.

  3. Hello everyone, how do face overhaul mods manage to come with such a smooth/high poly face? I'm currently using UNP + Mature skin, texture-wise it's damn good, but at the chin, for example, the low poly is very obvious, is there any mods I'm missing? ive tried High poly head mod, but it gives weird bugs to brows/hairs
  4. Hello everyone! Just bought Baldur's Gate 3 and wondering if it's possible to make a custom head for me? I'd really love to do it myself, but my computer can't deal with Blender.   5. Hello, I'm sorry for pointing that out but the head movement while in conversations is horrible. The player looks like a parrot in every conversation. The movements are fast and stopped. I hope, that someday, an animator could fix that and make them more natural and smooth.
  6. I am so appreciative and happy with all of the mods that help us to create beautiful characters but the one thing that stands out to me are the low resolution ears. Are there any ear mods? If so, could someone direct me to them? Is this an issue for anyone else? Is the ear problem fixed by using citrus heads or some other mod?
  7. Having a lot of issue with meshes. 1. Hair colours are off. 2. Head vs. body colours are off. 3. Children have creepy, ghost arms.   8. I accidentally bought the 1060 3Gb instead of the 6. So in skyrim there's these two npcs that use the unp body. Sometimes their body texture is flat, sometimes mismatched brightness of head and body. but in another playing session, having had no mod or load order changes, they'll look perfectly normal. Sometimes they get fixed by leaving the cell and returning. Usually those two who are wearing modded clothes I put on them. It's just random. Is it a vram issue, or modorganizer issue from overwritten textures?

I'm trying to give a new race it's own head mesh, but as soon as I open the head part and try to change the model I get this error message: Bound for object '' (0200CA37) exceeds 32000 unit limits (340282346638528859811704183484516925440,340282346638528859811704183484516925440,340282346638528859811704183484516925440),(-340282346638528859811704183484516925440,-340282346638528859811704183484516925440,-340282346638528859811704183484516925440). I get the same Error when i try to load my custom mesh. Whats weird is, this also happens when I load the original unpacked femalehead.nif. I can still add the headpart to a character, but of course get the error: Failed to load '...\femalehead.nif' in BSFaceGenModel::LoadModelMesh And of course the char ends with no face :/ I have tried a lot, but I cant find any solution, can anybody help?
  10. Hello! This is my first time posting to this community, so sorry if I do not provide all the necessary info. I will do my best. So while this is not my first time modding Skyrim, it is the first time in 3 years and I had forgotten everything I did the first time. I also was kind of an idiot and dove headlong into having ten garillion mods all at once. But surprisingly, everything seems to work just fine! I only CTD'd twice, once seems to have been a fluke, and the other when f.lux came on and turned off all the bluelight on my computer. I also have cleaned the master files for the base game using TES5Edit. This issue appeared BEFORE I installed FlowerGirl, Luxury Suite, Maid II etc. so I don't think it's that. I'm on Windows 10, on an ASUS laptop. I did do a lot of messing around with texture and body replacer mods before settling on this order, so my instinct is that somewhere in that installing/uninstalling I broke something. I was previously using UNP and TBD and a few others. I also learned halfway through, in my attempts to install OSex (which I uninstalled in favor of Flower Girl), that you're not supposed to say "Yes to All" in NMM but rather "Yes to Mod". I had been hitting "Yes to All" before so maybe that borked something. Does anyone have any ideas? Am I basically going to need a fresh install? I'd rather not do that if possible, considering how many things I have set up here. Any and all input and suggestions/insight would be greatly appreciated.   11. I've been going through a new play-through with a fresh install of SE and mods with SKSE64 and an ENB. All worked perfectly, no crashes, nothing. Until I ran into a vampire in a modded quest and then later, the vampires from Dawnguard and their faces where black. I think this is called the "Blackface bug, bu only vampires have it, except for Serana's family. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated, as I am generally new to modding Special Edition and don't have much know how with the creation kit. Many thanks in advance!   12. Hi fellows Cyberpunk players, I am coming up with a delicate "problem", if you wanna call it like that and hope to find some help here. Of course I´ve tried to search for some help in the Wild Wild Web. But nothing online, or no one, explains how the "inputUserMappings" work for a Dum Dum like me. My Plan: To drive in first person throughout NC is awesome. But only if you are using a controller - in my opinion. So I want to map the "left" and "right" head movement, to the left analog stick (steering). But with a much smaller input value than 1 or -1. So that the head slightly moves to the right, if I steer to to right and vice versa for steering to the left. The up and down movement can stay bund on the right analog stick. Its hard to describe, but CP2077 is using this feature already. But its not to the extend it should be, to make it an immersive little feature. As soon as I install a FOV mod for a more immersive driving experience, this little feature fades away. So maybe there's a workaround?   13. Modding only gets better with each day and theres quite a few custom head mods out there, but there are a very few custom heads for the smaller races. In fact, I've only seen one and I couldn't even name which mod it was from. I understand maybe not being able to convert the many custom heads for tall races to the smaller ones, but NO ONE has made custom heads for the smaller races. I hope maybe there's some in development or eventually someone will get to them, but having no idea how blender or gimp work, I can only assume that the reason for the lack of faces for these races is due to unpopularity and or the games full release being so new that no ones really had time to get to them yet. I just hope to see some equally stunning faces for these races since I really like making my OC's in the game but I've had to hold off on some of my Gnomes and Halfing just because the base game faces leave something to be desired.

  15. Does anyone know if there are any guides on either porting heads from other games to Skyrim or just straight up creating sculpted heads in 3D NOT using the sliders in Racemenu? I was able to get the sculpt of another game character head in, somewhat by moving the vertices to the right spots. But part of the problem I'm running into is that since the eye sockets of the ported head are lower than the vanilla head, the eyes are still inside of the skull. This would be an easy fix in 3D if there wasn't a somewhat ridiculous offset in the 3D. For Reference, I'm using the High Poly head.   16. Hello, I've been trying to modify the vanilla Khajiit head mesh following (and using material from) this tutorial, and I'm getting some errors I have no idea how to troubleshoot. Despite not touching any of the neck seams, the neck doesn't connect to the body. Furthermore, in the editor, the camera is too far away from the character. I thought this would be an issue with my already-modded game, but after reverting to vanilla, that isn't the issue. I don't know what the issue could be. I'm using this version of Blender to modify the mesh and have not done anything outside of moving vertices with the sculpt tool. The images of this issue can be found here. Thank you.

Hi :) So, after a few false starts where I really had no idea what I was supposed to do to make an armor mod for Skyrim, I have now kinda succeeded into adding a set of armor into the game which is fully playable. I previously had an issue where equipping the armor would cause a CTD, but re-weighting the bones in Outfit Studio seemed to fix it. Anyhow, while the armor looks fine, the textures work etc, there is another problem: my character's head. When the armor is equipped, her neck is invisible so her head floats above the armor. It's location is also slightly wrong, it doesn't float completely central to where the neck should be, it's a little behind. Is there a way I can make her neck visible and reposition her head? I find it a little strange that this has happened, because I actually used the mesh of my body mod to make the outfit under the armor itself. My current theory is that it might be caused by the back of the armor - I'm hoping to create a Scout Trooper armor mod, and the back of the armor might mean the neck isn't completely central to the armor overall, but why her neck is also invisible idk. All insights are welcome, and I'll share a screenshot of the issue ASAP :)

  21. I need help, I have this bug since I installed Racial Skin Variance, uninstalling the mod didn't change anything however, the bug persists. It only happens every 15-30 seconds or so. Does anyone have an idea what might cause this? I googled a lot and it seems I'm the only one with this bug but that surely can't be true. I'd be grateful for any help, thanks in advance and have a nice day!

I'm not 100% sure how possible this is - but I noticed there are a lot of "Show Circlets Under Hoods / Helmets" style mods - so I was wondering if hair "extensions" like "Clip in bangs" could be made as circlets? I'm sure they could even be given physics but I'm not sure how they would interact with hairstyles that already come with physics. If this is possible, this could be used to show your "bangs" while wearing a hood. I'm aware that this would cause a lot of potential clipping issues - especially if physics are added...but I'm sure there are a lot of people that would be ok with that as long as they don't go full bald while wearing hoods / helmets lol. I'm thinking something like these:
  23. Hay there, I have a problem with all actors having mismatching body parts in resolution, quality and sometimes even color(kind of..). Downgraded FO3 on Steam to v1.7.0.3 so FOSE works. Done some .ini tweaks and have just a handful of mods via Vortex and none of them changing textures or meshes. bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1 bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 (re-enabled everytime after fiddling with Vortex) ..to name some of the more important..   25. I ran into an issue with Faye [[ Seductress Faye - Custom voiced FG Follower. at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) ]] spawning in topless. It was a Schlongs of Skyrim issue causing armor slots 52 and 32 to not be worn at the same time. I made the mistake of trying to fix this in the Creation Kit rather than through SSEdit (I didn't realize that was an option). I corrected the issue by opening Faye as the Active File and changing her "Panties" armor to use slot 48 and then saving the edited plugin. When I exited the Creation Kit though, it mentioned missing facegen textures, etc. I figured it was some weird nonissue, loaded the game, and found her with her top now correctly worn but with a totally new face. I redownloaded Faye, her UUNP bodyslide files, the Flowergirls mod that she relies upon, and even verified the integrity of my Skyrim SE files just in case something in there got deleted (then went through and cleaned up ITM's again). Despite Faye's unique head and body textures all being present within the mod folder, she still ALWAYS spawns in with the wrong face. I checked in the Creation Kit again and it mentioned her head texture and facetint still being missing, despite being able to find all of her textures in her mod folder and everything (as far as I can tell) being labeled correctly. I don't know what went wrong, seemingly something with me having tried to edit her armor originally through the Creation Kit and saving the mod from there, though I did redownload the mod; perhaps something in Skyrim/Dawnguard/etc. got changed that would effect this? Though, again, I did Verify Integrity to make sure the original game files were all intact. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
