Just sound effects from Resident Evil 2 menu sounds added into the pip boy screen and maybe a Resident Evil 2 or Resident Evil 1 Remake "Save Room" soundtrack when you enter "Sanctuary" or the Pip-Boy in general, would be fantastic and would go amazingly with our Leon S.   3. Hi, guys so I have a huge love for Fallout and also a huge love for writing. One of my goals is to make it in the video game industry and I have tried my best to write bits for games where I can but its a pretty niche industry to get involved with. I have built somewhat of a portfolio but would love to build on that for the future and I'm sure others in here are probably thinking the same thing. Now I want to create something completely new and would love to get in contact with some like-minded individuals. I would like to create a DLC-sized mod in an ode to one of the greatest horror directors of all time, I would like to build up a team consisting of all the necessary compartments (writers/art etc). I have fleshed out a pretty cool and interesting tale which would fit in the with Fallout universe but am open to ideas to change and would like to build quite a substantial bit of lore around the project. If this sounds like something you would be interested in as this is incredibly early days for me. I have at this point mapped out the premises for the backstory of the main quest and started to work on the narrative of the quest. I think the best place to make this mod would be on 4 as I think the G.E.C.K is a great tool to use. If anyone has prior experience with it that would be awesome and if anyone could genuinely help me find anywhere some good templates for narrative and dialogue in regards to Bethesda games that would be awesome as they are really hard to find online. As I said this is really early doors but I would really like to get this project going and would see it becoming more of a reality with more heads on board. I however do not have the skills or hardware to make mods. So when I have made the radio station Iâm going to upload it to my YouTube channel and if any skilled moders would like to take the audio file and make it into a radio station mod that would be amazing. It will probably take a while for me to make but when itâs done I will post here with a link to the video thank you.

  8. Basically just turns all enemy NPC's into creatures. It won't be lore friendly to fo4 but the Fallout universe I think it would, the story quest wouldn't work but possibly implement a new story quest for a monster hunter or something, it think it would go beautify with the PILGRIM mod.

  10. I want a load order with the most realism, immersion survival and horror elements. I want a load order that has been plenty tested over and over again and never consistently glitches or crashes in any area. what I mean is if there are any crashes or glitches I would like them to be rear. I just don't want any crashes or glitches to defeat the purpose. I would love to have TTW and all the FO3 mods that fit what I am looking for but most FO3 mods are not compatible with NV so I am thinking I will just skip TTW altogether.Please feel very free to ask questions and thank you.
  11. hi, im currently working on a mod for fallout 4 with a horror theme. (not with cheesy jumpscares) The mod starts after you go to sleep in game, then you are kidnapped. Then you wake up in a damp and creepy cell in the basement of a mansion. Your goal is to escape the mansion, but you have no clue who or what the thing is that kidnapped you. So everything is covered in mysteries. This is a brief summery of what the mod is going to be like, obviously there will be much more detail put in later on.   12. Soo, yeah. There is already a questline where they speak of "outworldy creations" and higher-entities in fallout 4. And we have a fanatic cult (chilldren of atom). and then we have lots and lots of deep water to explore. Maybe someone would find(make) a forgotten temple with a dark pillar with eldrich words on it? In short, I would love to see a quest mod that builds around Eldrich horror theme

So ive been working on a mod to add the keepers safe helmet from the evil within pictured here (http://static1.games...24164-evil1.jpg) (http://theevilwithin...com/wiki/Boxman) Now im pretty much done with it and just need help adding textures and putting it in the game.   15. So, just went down into Dunwich Borers and got Kremv's Tooth. But I felt that one thing was missing that could be added relatively easily. I think, I can't actually mod, but it doesn't seem like it'd be too hard to do. That last raider? The one by the exit door? He totally needs a holotape on him of him chanting something like: "Can't let it out can't let it out can't let it out stay in the light stay awake stay awake in the light and it can't get me it can't get me." That'd be the perfect end to that freaky little mini-quest. Hell, if you wanted to be more elaborate, you could have him leaving other messages. First why he's joining the raiders (acting tough about it) then slowly coming to hate the job (sob story ensues about why he actually went raider) then saying something about what happened with the one you find behind a crapload of traps outside of the mine, then about Bedlam starting to act funny. Slow creeping horror stuff about other raiders starting to lose it and him generally slowly freaking out about what's causing it until he finally finds out and you find him at the mine exit with that last chilling chant about keeping the world safe from it. Hrm, could even turn it into a mini-quest mod, if you were inclined. Just need a voice actor, drop the tapes here and there, and viola. Alternately, you could mod in a way to seal off the area with Kremv's Tooth, set up by our freaked-out friend but never used, as a quest mod to give the player your unique legendary instead of Kremv's Tooth, when you choose to seal it away rather than let it out. Maybe even change the final holotape when the player does that to something more hopeful... or if they don't, and retrieve Kremv's Tooth, end the chanting freak-out tape with a scream. All kinds of ideas. TL;DR: I think Dunwich Borers could be enhanced with more stuff from our mysterious final raider that sealed the path to the altar.

  17. Recently after going through the Skyrim forum I came across a few mods that gave me an idea for a Quest. Specifically Tundra Defense, and mods created by Chesko (creator of Frostfall, Campfire, Art of the Catch, exc,). Anyway, this quest would start with your character having to set sail for some reason(Perhaps and opportunity to meet the Elder Council or Companion business), but your equipment has to be stored in the cargo vessel for the journey. Along the way your ship is struck by a typhoon and is destroyed. You awaken as the sole survivor of the ship on an island. Now you have to work towards survival. Gathering food, materials for construction, hunting, scavenging, exc. Maybe there are signs of previous inhabitants, but they are long gone. The cause of which comes out at night. Monsters of some sort, perhaps Falmer. Your character has to fight to survive, build up defenses, and solve the mystery of the island until you are rescued. If the companion route is taken, then this mod may open the door for your character to learn what it mean to be a lycan. A true questline that will require you to transform. To hunt, to kill, to feel what it means to be a beast. My idea is to bring the game "The Forest" to Skyrim. Take away all of your advanced equipment and be forced to use what you can make or scavenge. Of course, once you are rescued you can get your old equipment back. Maybe even have the ability to help settle the island.

[deleted] I appreciate everyone's contributions towards this mod; however, due to the instability of the creation kit, and after major issues and setbacks, I will no longer be working on it, and instead working on a similar game outside of Skyrim, using personal textures, meshes and game objects.
  19. Since it was a good idea and it's possible to achive: "Seriously guys, why has no one made a single tiny mod that would add some creepiness to where it belongs?? When I go through morthal marshes I MUST feel in danger, I must turn around all the time, because I'm afraid that some creepy ass wraith will jump on me from behind, and suck out my essence! But what do I get in those "creepy marshes"? Right! Damn mudcrabs! Or an ancient Nordic ruin, how am I supposed to be scared when battling these draugr, I hear this awesome beautiful music, that one would listen to while picking flowers! I mean guys, come on! Is it that hard to add some creepy/wierd/demented sounds to where they belong? Is that hard to make couple if enemies, that will make you stare at the screen so you can see them coming, before it jumps in front of your face. making it actually scary to go through marshes/ruins/caves? People have created lots of awesome mods, yet none that make skyrim encounters challenging to face MENTALLY. Please someone make this!! :0 Here are some ideas: Take samples from creepy morrowind background noise. Add MOAR fog to morthal. Add soul tearing sounds to wisp mothers (the sound of banshee's in the "haunted mansion" game were f***ing SCARY) Make nights more daunting. Add some creepy sea monsters, so every time you go underwater, you look into depths of it, hoping that thing won't come out. A creature that creates void around itself, so when it is close, everything turns pitch black, and you have to fight it with no crosshair and vision of your weapons. Statues that sometimes come alive when you don't look at them (kinda like weeping angels( I believe that's what they are called)) Well and anything you come up with. Note: I don't want a horror game, I just want more excitement to the parts of the game, that should bring more emotion, than they do now."   21. I think it would be interesting to see a Hellraiser themed quest mod. Based on Clive Barker's Hellraiser. It could start out with the player finding the Lament Configuration somewhere in the wasteland (Or maybe getting it from some random Freeside junkie who is actually the puzzle box's Guardian) then having the option to either solve the puzzle box, or simply ignoring it.   23. Darkwood a survival horror game with a birds eye view set in dark woods very dark what I like most about it is the resident evil/silent hill feel and I mean back when they were good games. The game is by acid wizard a game company in Warsaw Poland and it is their first release out on steam in alpha but so far so fun. Check it out on YouTube to see gameplay and don't let the fact its in alpha turn you away from it still fun to play and good so far. What do you all think about it now that your back from seeing it on YouTube or steam or have it already.
  24. I would like a follower mod based on vampire Eli from the 2008 Swedish film Let the Right One In (Based on a novel by John Ajvide Lindquist. There is also an English remake of the film, called Let Me In, with a different actress playing Eli. I prefer the look of Eli in the first, Swedish language film. I recommend watching them! Especially the Swedish version (has subtitles) if you are interested in making this mod (or google image it). Suggestion for the Mod Eli is an androgynous vampire who looks like a 12 year old girl, not a sexy vampire.Dark, slightly curly shoulder-length hair. Nothing too silky in texture. She is suppose to look rather neglected and rugged.Sporting the dark rings around the eyes "hollow-eyed" look. No make-up other then what's needed to make her more pale and creepy looking.Thin and pale. NO Breasts.Not a child. Children in Skyrim are too small to pass for a 12 year old. Plus generic child face is generic. I think Breton race would be a good starting point as they look rather childish. "Just" make her a little over shoulder height of the standard Breton female and flat chested (and thin). Don't know if there are any flat chested female body mods out there. UNP Slim body might work with the breast slider at 0 (I haven't tried it). Have her use the games child voice though.Her dress should be a long white nightdress (robe). Not too frilly. No cleavage (again, not a sexy vampire). Also wears a hooded white cloak. She uses the hood outdoors during the day (like Serana). Barefoot.Powers. Full arsenal of vampire powers, of course. Uses spells like raise dead, paralyze and whatever mind control spells works well for followers. Good at sneaking and light footed (does not set off traps). Film-Eli was very sneak attacky, due to her small size. Does this game's AI do backstabs well? If so have her specialize in the proper perks (like assassins blade) for sneaking up and stabbing people with a dagger. If the AI is a dud for backstabbers, just have her specialize in bows.Is essential (unkillable).Found in Whiterun. During the day she stands in the shade outside the front door of Belethor's General Goods. At night she roams around the city. If possible have her not assist during vampire attacks, unless she's recruited.Is fine with crime, murder and cannibalism!That is all I can think of right now. Rather tall order as it is. Probably a long shot but hopefully someone feels the inspiration!
  25. Has anyone done a Jason + Camp Crystal Lake mod for Point Lookout, I think the Swamp Folk might be Jason's cousins. Point Lookout would be the perfect place for a horror quest based around the Jason films, heck just finding the mask and machete would be cool enough for me but a whole camp with dead bodies everywhere and some random Swamp Folk worshipping Jason's mask and machete as though they were holy items would be cool.
