The game feels epic while playing with Japanese voices but the only take away are the NPCs. They speak Japanese when the game is set to Japanese voices and there are no subtitles for that in the game. They are talking about Jin and the fact that you cant know what they are saying about you as your legend grows is a big take away. S o if there is an author out there please make one

The developers did not care to add subtitles for NPCs other than side characters. The game feels epic to play with Japanese voices. At this point I don't think the developers are gonna do it. Really dumb from their part to omit something like that. I hope there is a mod author out there working for this or is willing to work on it.

I love the kawaii japanese surgical masks you can find online. Cute ones that are just a month or have blush are the best. I know there is a surgeons mask in game but its to big. I found a mask called Surgical Mask Mesh Improved but it's still to high up on the nose. So I'd love if some one can change the mesh and do some recolors. I always want to play samurai in skyrim but everyone around me is legionnaire and vikings. it would be good if someone making armor replacer to samurai themed armor like in "Blades samurai armor and kimonos at skyrim". stormcloak, imperial adn guard with japan armor and the cloth with kimonos. make the not lore friendly to be the lore.

Hello, im now installing the witcher 3^^ but im really bored because of the boring sword in this Game... Im really missing a good Samurai Sword there, maybe someone want to make a realistic Katana for the witcher 3 because i think every game needs a Samurai sword :D greetings

It would be very nice if one of the skilled mod creators would create a Japanese woman warrior that looked like they'd really been been in a war, instead of the usual Anime product that looks like a Barbie fresh out of the box. BTW, I notice that most of the mods of Japanese origin don't bounce. Can that me fixed?

Iirc, there's a mod aimed at developing a Japanese race styled after the Akaviri. Anyway, I was going to download it and then develop a character with a distinct Japanese/Samurai cultural approach to Skyrim. However, upon starting the download I was unable to locate half the requirements for this mod. Frex, one of the requirements was linked as the "Oriental Beauty Face". On hitting the link the site AI told me that no such mod existed in the data base. Anyone got any information as to how this mod can be implemented?

The armor I am asking for is from the character Shin-Ah from the anime Akatsuki no Yona here is appearance detail and pictures: Here is the detail: Shin-Ah wears a horned skull mask over half of his face. He also has a big detachable fir piece that he usually attaches to the back of his mask, which covers his blue hair. He wears a black robe with furs over his blue shirt. I also forgot to add he wears a bell necklace. Here is a picture:

Personally, I'd like to see a greatly expanded Akaviri presence in the next iteration of ES. I really like various aspects of Medieval Japanese culture and would have a lot of fun exploring an open world game based on mythical Medieval Japan...replete with culturally correct creatures, etc.

Hello there! This is just a small request for anyone who can mod. As you can tell I kinda would like to know if someone here can make a Rider Kick mod from the tv series Kamen Rider. It is of course a japanese series and we only had about two of them in the states. And if you're stll very confused on what a "Kamen Rider" Or "Rider Kick" is? You can find it easily on youtube. But anyways... The mod is very simple. Pretty much the mod can go in the Abilities/Powers format. And with the SKSE installed you can set which Rider Kick/Form you want? The Original one or some of the newer ones? It's up to you. As well as you can set the damage on how it shold go. Very little damage? Or do you wanna instant kill it? Think about it... how fun would it be if you could kill a dragon with a kick?! (cause in the series of Kamen Rider pretty much any enemy gets hit by their kick instantly dies) And as for meshes I truly don't think there needs to be any. Due to all I'm asking is for the Kick. not the Armor of the Riders. But due to that I'm not a modder I don't know how it works.... And I would really appreaciate it if we could add in orignal animations to the mod for the kick. From again the Original Rider or the newer ones. And finally the last part I believe where this mod should work is a Lock On Feature for the kick and a free cam feature for it. Like you can choose where you want the kick to go and how many you want to kick. It then shows the animation for the kick either in first or third person. Then you kick the enemy and either continue till they all die or you're done with just killing one. I'm not asking much but I really wanna have a Kamen Rider Mod here... I know there's some out there cause I saw a Shadow Moon armor but I realy would like a Rider Kick mod instead. I am fine with just that. And if it's a money issue I can pay for it. (whenever I get enough in time. X3) I would mod it myself but I have no experience what so ever. and I would take classes on stuff like this too but the way everything is now I don't see that happening for a very long time. So please... care to help a fan out with this?? I mean there's several mods from anime and other shows. So why not this one? Thnak you for your time.

I would like to see his Kimono maybe his ruined Sword and Tessaiga as full powerd sword and the Jewel of four souls, would be nice to see them ingame : ) but the most thing i want is his Kimono ^^ Bye

Last time playing my Samurai warrior build i failed.... then i thought now i should kill my self. But there isn´t any sepuko mod or i haven´t seen it. So please any hero out there who can make seppuko/harakiri mod. That would be totaly awesome and i could restore the honor of my family.

Was just curious if anybody was interested in maybe making a few Kantai Collection outfits for the Courier to wear. I know it isn't lore-friendly, but it would be a cute addition to the game. Share your opinions please.

Leito86s' "...Reiko" mod is very, very good. The armory portion is quite useful and innovative, particularly for those of us that are into the whole Akaviri-Blades schtick. Reiko herself is quite lovely to look at and a great help out in the field on ops. One small problem, and I stress that this is a personal preference only, is that she doesn't lose her underwear on the rare occasion that I'm of a mind to apply the AP mod. Apparently Leito wanted to make sure that his lady wasn't put on degrading public display...either that or I set her up wrong. If that's the case then I'm at a loss 'cause when it comes to modding I'm a total incompetent. Oh well, such is life in the bitworld that is Skyrim. BTW, she levels to 125 so one could run with her all the way to the top. Great mod as long as one isn't completely devoted to prurient interests.

Before I get started, I'd like to that say any advice for creation & optimization, or for direction on creating anything in this list myself, would be highly appreciated. Intro Currently I'm in the process of creating a new world, Japan, separate from Skyrim itself. However, I can only do so much with the resources available currently on nexus, in conjunction with the Skyhaven style assets already in the game. I've developed a good portion of the area already, but I'm hitting a wall of redundancy due to the lack variation. A quick overview of the land itself [Timeline] Taking place between 1500-1650, when Japan was engulfed in civil war and the Portuguese had just discovered the southern part of the land and had initiated trade, leading to the introduction of Nanban armor, rifles, and outside religion (I plan to link Skyrim religion here in place of Christianity). [Geography] The land itself will be based on that of real Japan, including forests/bamboo forests, marshes/mangroves, mountains, plains, islands(Some possibly volcanic), and areas heavily influenced by other games such as "Ashina & Hirata" from the game "Sekiro, Shadows Die Twice" (Most realistic reference I have). Hello, I have found many japanese weapons and packs of japanese weapons, mainly katanas, but I haven't found a Kusarigama yet, and since I have a character that is kind of a ninja this is an important weapon to play this kind of character in an emmersive way. If someone is willing to help me with this, and potencially other players, that would be awesome. I will leave some images here for people who don't know what it is. What the ninjas might have used was a Wakizashi. But their main weapon was the Kusarigama, since the ninjas were assassins and spies, they needed to disguise in order to spy and travel avoiding suspicious, so the best way to disguise yourself while carrying a weapon would be to disguise yourself as a farmer carrying a farming schyte, that is where the Kusarigama came from, and hence it's importance for role-play and immersion.
