  1. The game starts from the launcher, but the main menu does not load and I get an instant "missing master, check load order" error window. LOOT is coming back clean. I've been at this for hours trying to activate/deactivate stuff in small batches but I can't get the game to work. If I do end up loading a new game I can maybe get out of Doc's house before I crash or encounter some crazy camera bugs and am forced to alt-tab or reload. The main culprits seem like Project Nevada, New Vegas Redesigned, Fallout Character Overhaul, and JSawyer... But I honestly can't tell.   2. So, to start off, I had tested my other mods to see if they had any impact and I had no change in results with them. Whenever I use either JSawyer Ultimate Edition or JSawyer, my game will do the following: In certain outside locations (such as around the Nevada Highway Patrol Station) the game will start to stutter for about half a second every second, while stuttering the game "freezes" (does not respond to any inputs, screen is frozen and game events stop) Reloading saves prior to entering these areas stops it, but once the area is entered, the stuttering is permanent. Oddly enough, stuttering stops when I enter interior cells, so I *think* that somehow JSawyer is creating a problem with certain exterior cells, however using cell purge mods did not help either.   3. I'm wondering if anyone could possibly attempt to get the Highwayman (with the trunk that is filled with the Classic Pack) from the Jsawyer mod? I don't want to install the Jsawyer mod mainly because I think I have too many mods that may be incompatible with it, yet they will be essential for my playthrough, as will this.
  4. Install order- Fook and Factions Reloaded (merged)? For that matter, Fook and Project Nevada. What is best to install first? I'd also include Cirosan's Character Overhaul (no perk rebalancing), jsawyer and realistic weapons damage. (Ill also be adding EVE and WME). Do the Monster mod and iws work together? AND is the monster mod a detrimental hit to fps? If I just wanted all these mods what order should I install them? All DLCs and pre-order packs are already installed. Any ideas?

  7. Hello. I tried changing the setting values of fActorStrengthEncumbranceMult, fAVDCarryWeightMult and fAVDCarryWeightBase, but none of these seem to have an effect on the weight limit of the player (tried on an existing save and a new character). I went looking for a script that might have lock these setting parameters, but couldn't find anything. Could anyone help?
