I have a ton of mods but the infinite loading screen only seems to happen after I save and quit to return later at specific locations. The first time i ran into this problem, I had entered Whiterun and saved and exited. Later I tried to load it up and got stuck with an infinite loading screen and the sound of water, like a running river. I was able to boot the game up by just loading a save outside of whiterun. Didn't run into the problem again. Later on, I went to Dawnguard and got the quest to go to Dimhallow Crypt to kill vampires. So I go and kill most of the vampire but had to go to work, so i saved in the crypt. Later, I try to boot up the save and i got an infinite loading screen. I tried to remove mods in bulk to try and figure out which is the problem for 3 hours without luck. I'm worried ill corrupt the save so I stopped. I tried to load up the old save I had at dawnguard and it also has an infinite loading screen. I have a ton of mods but I'm sure its one of the bigger ones like texture overhaul or something. Anyone have any idea on what it likely is?

I started the game not too long ago, downloaded a fair amount of mods. No major nuisances, I then get to the start of sunbreak, beat the crab then get stuck in an infinite loading screen trying to get to the new place, help?

After installing FWE Part 1, 2, and the Hotfix my game stopped working properly. When the initial loading screen starts my mouse cursor doesn't appear and I'm unable to skip to the main menu, even with the keyboard. I've been loading the game one at a time using FOSE. I'm pretty sure I'm using the latest version of FOSE. I uninstalled FWE and the game works fine again. I reinstalled FWE and I still have the same problem. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Will someone please help me?

Do we know if there's any specific way in Fallout 3 to make certain loading screen appear after we get killed and the game reload to nearest save? Because I am itching to make some funny tip/lines for that kind of LS~ Black Humour, kinda thing

Hi all After years, I went back to Dragon Age Origins and I wanted to mod the main menu background image (or animation), the loading screens and the loading animation (load cog / load wheel), but I don't know where those files are located. I know how to extract the .erf files using the game tools, but which are the files for the menu screen and loading screens, could someone help me, please? If you're modding DAO and you've stumbled across some files like those throughout your tasks, please let me know. Stay safe wardens, Peace :thumbsup:

As the title suggests, when ever I fast travel or take a carriage now, I get stuck in the loading screen and have to kill the game. Prior to killing Alduin, I could fast travel EVERYWHERE and only see the load screen for a few seconds before resuming the game. AFTER killing Alduin and returning to the Throat Of The World, I can maybe fast travel one time, to say... Whiterun, and then the next... infinite load screen. Windows Task Manager says the program isn't responding at that point. I did try something that was suggested in a vid back in 2013 which was to set the time scale to 20 when this problem occurs and it SORT of fixed the problem, but not entirely. Currently I received the Mythic Dawn Museum invitation, and had not been to Dawnstar yet. When I fast travel to Ustengrav which is my closest marker to Dawnstar, I get the forever loading screen. I can FT to SOME other places but not all. It did this to me on a previous play through, but only after near completing the Dawnguard DLC. through out skyrims loading screens, ive seen three variations -static images -3d models -swf files i have looked into using flash for using loading screens but it got me thinking if it is possible for another way to implement loading screens with moving parts. i know you can use bik files for the logo start up screen and just curious if you could do the same for loading screens?

Hy Guys, for a couple of days i have encountered an rather terrifing bug or however you want to call it. So i am basically the settlement builder i have added more than 240 mods to fallout but everything worked fine but however without changing anything (no added, deleted mod or loadorder change) my game ctd out when i try to load save games. The first Time this CTD occured was during a loading screen in one of my settlement i was building. So i thought the settlement could be to big, so i decided to save out in the wilds (now: near the atomic gallerya). Now i can load some save games out there but not all the CTD is still the same. Do not know what to do know. Maybe you guys can help me out, it is quit annoiyng not to know which save game can be loaded properly without CTD. so I downloaded some mods, and now I have the infinite loading screen problem. I deactivate all my plugins and activate them and my game's fine up until I leave Doc Mitchell's house, where it happens again. I know it's a mod, but I don't know which one and it's probably because of my poor installment...But I've already had to download more than 30 mods twice and the same thing happens. HELP

I started modding my game by adding some graphics mods, everything was good until now, When i travel from city to city it takes up to 1 minute and half of loading screen, and when getting inside of a house it takes around 20-30 seconds of loading screen, also when leaving the house the game freezes for some seconds then it loads the city, but it takes like 30 seconds more to let me play because the game FPS drop to 5-10, Any idea of which mod can be causing this or what can i do to solve this? Since changing from NMM to Vortex, which I like very much btw, I have an intermittent problem. Fast travelling goes into the load screen and sticks there. I cannot even access Task Manager and have to do a hard reset, which is a total pain, to put it mildly. If I open Vortex and have it sort the load order, this seems to cure it, for a while. Hy, I'm using Perkus Maximus, lvl 6 now, so far everything was alright. But when i finally was able to create a skeleton out of bones with the spell "Rise Skeleton", it did not follow me threw a cave hole/loading screen. I then just tried to fast travel into Whiterun, surprisingly it did follow me and did not die (in SkyRe Skeletons always died from fast travel). When when i wanted to leaf Whiterun, my skeleton did not follow me threw the gate, i was alone. Tried to fast travel and waiting, saving reloading, restarting game, nothing helped. The skeleton is stucked in Whiterun. Google could not find any solution. Is there anyone who knows what's going wrong and how to fix it? Would be very kind!

Would it be possible for someone to make a mod that gives the player a cheap little mini game to play while in a loading screen?. like while the game loads there would be a small window that would have a wall avoiding game that You'd use your mouse to drag a little ball and avoid oncoming walls and each wall passed would give you one point. or an "archery game" Small targets would randomly appear behind rocks and you would have to click on them to break them and earn points. maybe a maze game? ya know stuff like that. it would be a hell of a lot more amusing than spinning a model of a shield around and zooming it in and out. Ah, yeah i know its Impossible :confused: this was just an idea i had while perusing through mods. im sure it would be a fun little novelty mod though, who doesn't like crappy little mini games while they wait in another bloody loading screen.?

Hello, thanks for taking the time for reading this post. I've been having an issue with my newly modded Skyrim, in the form of huge wait times on loading a save. Quicksave or regular, in the same cell or out, it doesn't seem to matter. It's really long waits, a minute plus, for loading a quicksave, and even longer for a save that's out of the current cell. I've had large modded setups before, with more mods then this one, but my current one is based more around new content/quests/areas then my previous ones, which might be the problem, I'm not sure. Anyways, my save files are around 16mb at the absolute start, not doing anything except picking race and class from the Character Creation Overhaul mod. I've tried all the tools I could find to reduce save size, but none seem to have any noticeably effect. I've looked back at some of my older saves, and even with 100+ hours in, it's only 13mb, and even then I didn't have these load times. Anyways. my hardware. Intel core i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz 16 GB of Ram Desktop 332 GB Free (Not using an SSD, which might be the problem) GeForce GTX 760 (Not sure the VRam) OS is Windows 10 (Might be problem? I haven't run a modded setup on it yet, I don't think.) Does anyone know how to fix this? Is there a log or something to see what is causing the game to get stuck at a loading screen? I have 160 mods, and used NMM and Loot. I also used the Skyrim script extender via Steam. (I also tried using the SSE through NMM) To figure out what mods didn't work I started with no mods, and then added 10 at a time. When it crashed to desktop I removed the last 10, and then added them 1 at a time. I eventually added the rest of the mods without any crash to desktops. The Issues: 1)I am able to use Alternate Start and I can teleport inside a tavern, but the moment I step outside I get stuck at a loading screen. (I tried to coc to Whiterun, but I get stuck at a loading screen) 2) Without the Alternative Start mod, the horses at the vanilla intro flip around like crazy. Thank you.

Curiously, the game rarely shows me tips and models during loading screens. Just black with the loading icon on the bottom right. It's not like they're too short for those. A good fifteen seconds or so when leaving a building. I don't think I installed a mod that affects loading screens, but I'll add my list of mods below anyway. So I never had this problem until recently, played over 15 hours of fallout 4 fine. Started a new game and I am constantly getting infinite loading screens. I tried deleting all the old saves(Which I had a lot of it). Tried loading older saves (Saved some after the deletion like maybe 4 total) but nope that didn't do anything. I have been searching for a fix, I saw some people talking about trying to edit ini files, but not actually what to do to what file. Hopefully there are others that may help me out with this issue.

I had a Mod, called "Time on Loading Screen", some Days ago. Unfortenetly, the Mod was deleted after updating the NEXUS-Modmanager. It seems the Mod isn`t available anymore. Is it possible to reupload the Mod, please?

******EDIT: I think I f***ing fixed it. I got rid of Enhanced character edit, which I feel like may have been it. I also dumped a few different armor mods as well, while I was testing and Ill be reinstalling them one by one to see if any cause the issue. for now, my money is on either ECE interfering with another mod, or just too much 4k res armor in general. Ill keep you guys posted if this might help somebody. ******EDIT2: I'm 99% sure it was ECE. Not sure if it was incompatible with something, I installed it or configured it wrong, or it was just borked. either way, if you have issues, try swapping to racemenu and see if it makes a difference. I've spent most of today trying to figure this out. Essentially skyrim will have long loading screens. Vanilla skyrim for me gave me around 5 second loading screens on my PC, for the most part. Recently its been giving me loading screens of 2 minutes. During the loading screen I'm unable to alt tab, bring up task manager, etc. Once it finishes loading all is well and all works. I doubt its my pc specs, as its worked fine before, and I don't have frame rate problems. If I just have too many thatd make sense too. I just ask because I've had this many and not this problem before. I had this problem every third or 4th loading screen before I had DSR and all its prerequisites installed too. It sometimes happens every loading screen, but most often I get good loading screens for the first couple and it gets worse later on in playing. Restarting the game helps sometimes. I'm testing a bunch of mods, uninstalling tons of stuff. My save is like 9.5 mb, and this happens on a new game too so not save bloating. I have skse fully updated, everything is organized via loot, and fnis and dsr are both patched. Just wanted to know if anything stuck out as obviously my problem. It is my first time posting here in ages so if I f***ed up the format or something tell me so I can fix it, and thanks for taking the time to look over this and see if you can help. I'll update the list as I test more stuff. It just takes a while because I have to uninstall, load the game, sit through a 2 minute loading screen before I can close skyrim, then move to the next mod.

So, every now and then I get an infinite loading screen, mostly in Whiterun. I would not as annoyed by these, if it weren't for one thing. I have to restart my computer to exit Skyrim when that happens. Because of the way Skyrim handles full screen and loading screens, I am unable to do anything but shut my PC down when it does not load. I have tried: Tabbing outPressing F4Pressing Alt + F4Opening task managerNone of these work in the slightest, so I am always forced to restart. Does anyone know how to fully exit the game during a loading screen?
