  1. I really want someone to accomplish this. I hope so. I want John Cena to replace the Mysterious Stranger but silhouetted (since you can't see him) When the Mysterious Stranger/John Cena appears, it will make a John Cena sound, preferably from The Time is Now by John Cena or John Cena Prank Call.
  2. It would be nice to have a mode which would remove RND/luck elements and balance game around it. Here is how I imagine removing some of the RND elements from the game. [General remark] All weapons, grenades and rockets should hit their intended targets. Instead of having hit and miss mechanics we would embrace damage reduction. Other: 30% chance to hit would be instead 30% of your weapon damage (so with weapon of dmg 10 you would do damage of 3 with 30% chance to hit) Weapon damage of 5-7 would be instead 6 constantly (so average instead of RND) 20% chance to critically hit would work like a damage just add on top of normal damage All cover and armour defence would just reduce damage Grenades/rockets would always loose 0.5 damage with each tile from where they landed I hope this would remove frustrating part out of the game when experience soldier dies because he couldn't kill that alien from point blank range. Also it will make this game work more like a chess game. I'm not a moder but I would like somebody to make mode like that. Peace

  4. today i was thinking about making a luck based character, then i realized there are no mods for it. i'm thinking maybe a type of magic that has a chance to do something or another. for instance, a spell that has a chance to do lightning, fire, or ice damage, or a spell that has a chance to deal 100 or so damage, or do nothing. a bit like the wabbajack, but each spell has 3 or 4 effects that might activate. what do you think? while were at it, maybe some throwing cards? i think this might be a fun character to play. i don't know if this is possible, but if it is, anyone down for it?

  6. How badly does low luck hinder a character? I'm L13 Drow Atronach Sign right now and can solo against one large scamp. Drows start at 30 Luck. My current L13 character: 56 Strength 53 Intelligence 54 Wisdom 54 Agility 55 Speed 49 Endurance 60 Personality 45 Luck 40 Armorer 41 Athletics 50 Blunt 34 Hand to Hand 26 Heavy Armor 51 Mercantile 30 Speechcraft 50 Blade 29 Block 51 Alchemy 06 Alteration 55 Conjuration 25 Destruction 25 Illusion 08 Mysticism 33 Restoration 34 Acrobatics 46 Light Armor 20 Marksman 23 Security 17 Sneak
  7. When Bethesda released Fallout Shelter, it become a massive hit. Almost everyone is addicted to it and while all of us are waiting impatiently for Fallout 4 actual release, I personally invest a huge amount of time in Fallout Shelter myself. And there I play everyday at the same time thinking by myself, there's got to be some mechanics or features in Fallout Shelter that's going to be implemented in Fallout 4. For a moment there I was right, the new Settlement building feature is there, but WAIT!! Its a bit different and also very underdeveloped. Like its being rushed out. So here's what I personally found lacking:- You cannot put 1 male and 1 female settler in a room and wait for some cheesy pickup lines until the female one got pregnant.You cannot send a settler that you've overly equip with all the best gear and hoping they'll come back from the Commonwealth with some better ones! (maybe some junks too!!)You cannot see how the settlers interact with each other and sometime where they'll gloat how awesome their child is.You cannot assign settlers to manage water and electrical production, just let you done it all by yourself by simply attach a generator which never runs out of power to supply a water purifier. Total immersion Bethesda!! Next one is how a vault dweller in Fallout Shelter increase their S.P.E.C.I.A.L. I totally love how it works!! Well they'll level up when they travel to the wasteland but for their S.P.E.C.I.A.L its different. I really thought Bethesda is finally gonna change how the S.P.E.C.I.A.L leveling system works. Like in Fallout Shelter:- Do some push-ups/pull-ups to gain Strength. Practice shooting target to increase Perception.Jogging on the treadmill increasing Endurance.Hanging out at the bar to increase Charisma.Studying in the class to raise Intelligence. Gymnastic(maybe) increasing Agility.Gamble in the poker club raising Luck.And there I was still thinking (hoping) that Fallout Shelter is actually made to prepare us for their big one. p/s: This is just some plain idea only, not the in-depth version of how the rate of leveling the S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats yet, just to make sure if this idea actually possible.   9. Hi Nexus I'm still relatively new to modding, and do not understand the nature of some "script effect" archetypes in the Creation Kit. For example; the Imperial Luck ability (chance to find extra gold). I can see the RaceImperial ability, which is inherent to imperials, and applies the RaceImperialLuckEffect (so far, so good) But in the effect, I don't see how it works. I see no perks to apply, no papyrus scripts, no magnitudes or anything. The only things to identify it is "Constant Effect - Self - and Effect Archetype: Script" So how does it work exactly? What's the script it activates, and how can I see it/Imitate it? (The end product here is I want to create a similar effect where Bosmer have a chance to harvest extra pelts from animals) P.s. The Dragonborn priest masks have a similar way of adding their Fire/Shock/Frost damage bonuses, where I can only see an empty, no-magtiude "script archetype" effect. Any help much appreciated, thank you.
