We technically already have a Metroid mod, so why not also have a Megaman mod? However, this one would be more expansive than the Metroid mod, with a few fundamental changes. There is no power armour whatsoever. Megaman has more agility, and power armour would weigh you down. As for weapons, there will only be a few of them, all similarly themed but vastly modifyable. There will also be a few sets of armour and under-armour. Here's how I see the mod working. Once you're in the area, a quest will appear in your Pip-boy with the title The Blue Bomber, followed by an objective saying to investigate. Once you enter the military base and start fighting through security, you come across several terminals/holotapes that tell the backstory. The government wanted to get kids more into their military, so they looked for the best gaming candidate. They found the Blue Bomber from Capcom, agreeing to manufacture some weapons and even a few sets of armour themed after the characters in an attempt to captivate the eyes of the children. After you fight the building's boss, a crazed gunman named Rockman, you can acquire the final holotape from his corpse and the Mega Buster in its base form, completing the quest. The Mega Buster is a one-handed, non-automatic weapon, acting as a middle-ground between the laser pistol and the 10mm. However, once you read the final holotape, you learn that secret experimental E-Tanks are scattered around the various Military bases, which will serve as upgrade magazines. The more you get, the more you can upgrade your Mega Buster. The holotape also mentions another location, creating a new miscellaneous objective to investigate that location. Once you get to the location, the marker will lead you to a crazed gunman named Dr. Light. Killing him lets you take the Mega Armour off his corpse, as well as the first E-Tank from his chest or off the top of his desk, unlocking the Charge Shot, which will change the Mega Buster's firing form to be similar to that of a Gauss Rifle. I'd continue writing, but it's late, and I must sleep, so I'm just going to post this and let you guys discuss it and maybe send ideas.

So, obviously we don't have the Creation Kit/G.E.C.K. yet, but this is a request for future modders after the tool comes out for use. I would Like to have a Mega Man X mod, with using X and Zero as escaped experimental synths, as the institute certainly has a problem with that. They, along with a few other synths, don the names: Reploids, and have a makeshift town in an abandoned area in the wasteland. A Z-Saber and X-Buster could be cool weapons, and hopefully not to difficult to create. Some new armor for them that the player may also equip would be good as well. Being that the games revolve around mavericks, you could also add Sigma, and have him dissent from the town not long after arrival, with other mavericks as well, and possibly a storyline with quests if the mod ever got big enough. I am capable of creating this mod, and will likely start it, but I might not go that far, as being a new modder by myself, work will be relatively slow, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've had this idea for a while now, and it kinda bums me out that no one has made these guys into followers. I mean, I would love to see both X and Zero fully voiced by someone and have both of them able to become actual companions in Fallout New Vegas. Zero could wield some kind of katana and plasma gun, while X can also wield a plasma gun while he has some other weapons he can use in his inventory. The location of where the two could be found at, could be in some kind of military bunker. I really just hope someone could take this into consideration and hopefully make these two characters into followers on Fallout New Vegas, with someone fully voicing the two. If they can't be fully voiced, then I'm fine with just them being mute and having normal dialogue.

To whoever is reading this, I'm currently making my two first NPCs that are both X and Zero from the game Megaman X. I currently made one which is Zero, but I have to fix some minor bugs before I can release him as just a beta release. However, I need assistance with possibly having a voice actor to voice Zero, and X when he is finished. I also desire to have Zero's armor actually on the NPC to make him more like Zero, while another armor for Megaman X could be made for the Megaman X NPC. If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful for your assistance and help. Voices: Zero's voice: I need him to be serious and calm, with a slightly deep voice but not too deep. X's voice: He can be calm and a bit serious as well. He can also have a very slight deep voice, but at the most a normal male voice. For a test for Zero, you can say this: "Yea, what is it?.."; "Hell yeah! I'm all about melee!": ((He has to sound pumped up and excited for this one.)); or "Sounds like a plan. Let's go!": ((He also sounds pumped up and ready to go.)) For a test for X, you can say this for him: "Hey there, how's it going?"; or "Why must everyone keep fighting?..": ((He's supposed to sound pained and depressed for that line.))
