So because I have no experience at all making mods I was wondering if someone could make a mod for Fallout New Vegas of Himiko Toga's hairstyle and school uniform from the anime My Hero Academia because I had the idea of playing as her using only melee weapons. Unfortunately I don't know how to make mods at all so I figured I would ask here if someone could make it. The pictures are for reference if anyone thinks they can do it. I also don't have a credit card or any method of paying so I was hopping someone could do this for free.

Was wondering if anyone could make it so you could set an amount minimum to leave in the chest so that automate doesn't prosses everything? Yes i would like to make a request for a Mod for Fallout 4. I want a combined mod that puts three mods together. The base mod is called Legendary modifications by tealZ, Legendary modifications continued by Third storm and then finally Legendary modification enhanced by GokuGX. The mods get confusing for me to manage so that is the only reason i would like the single mod to be merged with the right settings so that a user does not get confused and only has to install a single mod with the correct settings.
